[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not getting broadband connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for BSNL broadband on 25th Oct 2008 from my phone[protected], and on 4th Nov 08 i got the necessary user id and password through my telephone and a person from the same person from the BSNL told me that he will come and connect the Broad band, but since then neither he came nor the broadband connect for a single time. Every time it was shown complain no. 678. I have already docketed 3-4 complain ( 3 time on phone - i.e call centre and one time personaly to BSNL office which is near Yerwada ) but i was told by tel authority that it is not a problem of BSNL and apart from this I got the bill for the broadband for the moth of Nov 08 ( which is just wastage of money without single use of the Broadband.). I am confused. please help. Is I am liable to pay the Broad band charges? Please help me.

I am using new BSNL broadband connection. Broadband is not working well in our home from the installation day. My plan is 500c Combo. In this I am receiving my download speed is 20 to 30KB. I am not getting more then this speed. so we are unable to use broadband regularly. I am a computer hardware Eng. I done everything what all has to be done. I am suspecting it could be Modem problem.
I already give complaints to the local exchanges, but there is no response from your local exchanges. Please give attention to this complaint as soon as possible.

I can;t understand that on every month of first date I am unable to view broadband usage and after complaining the same it starts working till last date of month and again it stops on first day of the preceding month . This has happened for the 4 th consecutive time. Now I don't want to add any comments and leave it to the concerned authorities.

I had taken bsnl Internet Rs.999 plan last month.In first month speed was very fast.But in this month it is very slow & not only this but some times it doesn't even work.When I check my mails or write an email in yahoo.com it started showing ERROR REPORT.When i click on the option "Don't Send Error report"- it close the window.I couldn't work from 2-3 days.It is not just for a single site but sometimes it didn't even open the other site. My work is pending.Please give me number & address of bsnl internet service's complaint office.in Thane-W., Maharashtra.

BSNL — not getting a new connection

hi this is sathish form chromepet past 12 .04. 09 i had applied for new broadband conection for the plan of 750 .till now i had not recieved the connection there is no response from the chromepet exchange .then they had promissed that they will give connection within a week . but they are failed to keep there words . so i had decided to discontinue with bsnl . kindly repay my 500 bugs as soon as possible here by i send my details

BSNL — Broadband connection

I have Broadband connection under this line ([protected]).I have been using Bsnl broadband form a long time. But its too much problematic. In every 2-3 months there is a serious network problem which longs for 7-15 days. I have complained many a times to BSNL, they repair this connection but in the next month I get the same problem.I use my broadband smoothly for some days and after some days it gets disconected.I gaurantee you tat I will definately hav a problem atleast for 15 days in 2 months. I have 750UL plan. Only some days I can use this unlimited browsing. and sometimes it eats up my head . No Link! No network! what is this? Now its the condition that internet is connected but no data transfer is taking. And my condition now is thsi only. I always complain when i have such problems. But it is repaired only for some days..
Dear Sir,

I think you have no time to at least read our complaints. I have bsnl broadband 750UL plan but the download speed is very very slow. Please take action fastly.

This is dhilip from villupuram, tamilnadu .i have applied for BSNL broadband connection 3 months before .still i didnt receive the broadband connection .i informed to them but i didnt receive good response from them.im not staying in village side, im staying in town that too in the centre of the town . i really frustrated in applying this broadband connection, suffering a lot from the BSNL employees.

MBMCT — Disconnecting BSNL broadband

My self Bharat N. Patel reside at DABHOI district BARODA and I have been cheated by BSNL broadband. They charged me 500 for the plan HOME-500 and under that plan I can use internet 2.5GB free and in NIGHT from 2:00 am to 8:00 am I am getting free usage of internet under this plan, but they cheated me in every night, BSNL broadband stop the internet service in NIGHT after 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In my modem I am not getting YELLOW light (which mention DSL CONNECTIVITY)

Every day i have to call customer service and they are not giving me satisfied reply. I visited BSNL office in dabhoi but everytime there is not responsible person available, and every time they told me that "COME LATER SIR IS NOT AVAILABLE" hence I dont know that who can solve my problem.
Sir this is not for the one day but this is on daily basis, So i am very annoyed by BSNL Broadband.
Please do the need full.
We have no escape as we have paid..

My name is Basant Kumar Nayak, Branch Manager, Investigation and security services (I) Pvt. Ltd, Amalapara Angul, Orissa Pin 759122. I am using BSNL Land line[protected] for my official communicatin and also using BSNL Broadband internet for my mail communication. Since 1 Month I am not able to access and getting the error message 678. I had Complained for this more than 10 times but till now my problem is not resolved. For this my official mail communication is getting hampered. In this competitive market, if the service is like this, believe me sir, BSNL has a very dark future.

I still have a hope from you that you will get things done and provide me better service. This is my last attempt to Use the BSNL Broadband . If this problem will not resolved, I will cancel my request and opt for a better service provider. So sir, please do something about this.
