[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — not getting broadband connection

Dear Sir,

I have applied for BSNL broadband on 25th Oct 2008 from my phone[protected], and on 4th Nov 08 i got the necessary user id and password through my telephone and a person from the same person from the BSNL told me that he will come and connect the Broad band, but since then neither he came nor the broadband connect for a single time. Every time it was shown complain no. 678. I have already docketed 3-4 complain ( 3 time on phone - i.e call centre and one time personaly to BSNL office which is near Yerwada ) but i was told by tel authority that it is not a problem of BSNL and apart from this I got the bill for the broadband for the moth of Nov 08 ( which is just wastage of money without single use of the Broadband.). I am confused. please help. Is I am liable to pay the Broad band charges? Please help me.

2.If it become stable connection disconnects after 4 or 5 minutes after connecting.
3.Or the speed is near to 0.


I have made a call to customer care but the response was not satisfying.They even don't have the reason of
poor servises.They told me to call later.

As I have many important works, Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.

BSNL is going to close soon, that is the reason why they are behaving like this.
Everybody will have frustration when they are going to loose their job, so please pardon these poor guys and wish them good luck in their next job of pichayedukkal.
These guys are like buggers, they don't have any respect to their donors.
We are actually giving them money for doing nothing, even then they have this much arrogance.

BSNL Broadband — Getting conncetion very late

I have applied for bsnl broadband connection in bsnl office they said to call exchange to know about your bsnl conncetion has been created or not and every time they are saying that your conncetion have been created but your modem is not available i am fed up with this problem some serious steps should be taken against these people and they should do our work.
Soon Airtel broadband will be coming so i would be applying for it if they do not create my conncetion quickly.
Broad Band not working properly for the past two weeks.

BSNL Service — non functioning of type 2 modem in BSNL broadband

i'm a BSNL user for past 5yrs...my plan is RS 900.for past 10 days my wi fi type 2 is not working...plz consider this complaint and take necessary action...

several complaints to coustemer service COMPLAINT NO: 08-09/282. IS NOT RESOLVED FOR 4 DAYS BUT CLOSED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AS RESOLVED AND NO RESPONSE TO REPEATRED COMPLAINTS. BROAD BAND IS CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING EVERY 2 SECONDS, AFTER SEVERAL EXCERSISE FROM TELEPHONE STILL IT IS NOT REPAIRED.

Its been long since I have has this BSNL connection on my tel no.[protected].
But regretably I must say that the services has been disgusting. If BSNL does not improve then
we shall be forced to go to some pvt. connection providers. I have suffered massivly due to
non connection and downtime of the BSNL servers.
Kindly look into this matter with great seriousness.

Till today no one has called up and they are least bother to answer our quires.I don't how BSNL are surviving this computation world and officer are maintain same old negligence behavior. This is really ridicules and irritate us.

To bsnl head office iam a bsnl data card evdo (2.4 mbps) plan holder, i am using this plan til last December on the starting it works superb i have to use up to 250kbps downloading and an average speed of 140kbps, after 5 months it cant work with like your plan and disturbed it frequently like connectivity problem poor speed of max 100kbps downloading speed and an average speed of 20kbps it can be fluctuate between this speed constantly this can be disturbed to do any work and it can be automatically disconnected some times, one more poor service of your's is lower tower only two sticks are available in all surround us. I am complaining to my nearest exchanges (Chhattisgarh durg) from last 3 months they only update my evdo software then also have this problem no other action takes. This is not only my problem it consist with all of your evdo consumer surround me on those only 5 of my friends, so i[censored] also cant take any action against this we only have an option to take strict action against you to complaint to consumer form and spreed this message to media also .

I have applied for broad band connection but still i am waiting for connection but no one is interested to give connection on my telephone no.[protected]
I have for broadband connection and application was registered on 31/08/09. finally on 11/09/09 the person came with modem to start broadband. after intial technical steps he showed us the internet and took signatures and went back. After about 15-20 min the internet stopped working. we immediately contacted him but he said that he is being paid only to come and install and show once after that it is not his responsibility. we requested him so many times but he didnt buzz. after that we tried some officials of BSNL but they said u have to conatct him only. now the broadband is not working and we lodged complaint to many places without any response. my tel no is [protected].
I am from chidambaram. I applied for Broadband connection one month back. Still i din get connection when i approach them they say once BSNL strike is over, we will give you broadband connection. After the trike over, now they are saying We have to install switch. Losing patience.. Aged 70s, i am uanble to go to BSNL daily for this issue...Please do the needful.

BSNL — Broadband connection not coming

It is been a week since I got troubles using my broadband connection.Since it was a festival of dusherra,we were trying to contact my sister in US to wish them,but to vain as the broadband was not working

I called the customer care twice,and they gave me different IP addresses when i called them.This is really confusing and frustrating as when i changed the IP addresses also it did not function.

I have been given a complaint number too,so everytime i call 1500 and enquire about my complaint status,the automated voice says 'still under progress'

With this dial up,we cannot even talk in skype.kindly rectify it as fast as possible,otherwise i will have to disconnect this service.
