[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Severe Internet porblem in gomti nagar Lucknow.

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — NON WORKING OF BROADBAND

STRANGE!NOBODY RIGHT FROM BOTTOM TO HIGHERUPS NOT CARING TO RECTIFY THE DEFECT OF MY BROADBAND WHICH IS NOT WORKING SINCE PAST 2WEEKS INSPITE OF MAKING SEVERAL PHONE CALLS..I WISH ATLEAST THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANNOT RECTIFY AND THAT THE CHARGES WILL NOT BE LEVIED AS THE FAULT IS IN THEIR SIDE.I WISH THEY ATTEND OR INFORM ME THEIR INABILITY OF NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY THE SAME..MY TELEPHONE IS AT HYDERABAD,,[protected]...I AM SORRY TO MENTION THE SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS OF BSNL OFLATE..I HOPE THEY WAKE UP AND LIVE UPTO THE EXPECTATIONS OF SUBSCRIBERS.

My broad band has been installed and functioned for few(2-3 days) where in our usage was veryl less. Since then it has been ten days and our complaint is not resolved. the modem is not functioning -they check the modem at the exchange it works the same doesn't work at home- they check the line and say line is OK. But the problem persists till date. Our area is a remote place wherein we donot have any other service providers also. Dont know how many more days will it take or even if it will get rectified or not.

ma broadband connection breaks after every 1-2 mins, due to which i can't even stream a 4 min video or download a 20 mb file.and as many times i call up the customer services they say-"there's a prob persuing right now, we've just got the information and the prob will be rectified tonight/tomorrow evening".it's been around 13 days but the prob is still there...

BSNL UP LUCKNOW — Connectivity of internet

I have broad band connection 500C+ plan, more than Rs.9000/-. I paid to bsnl related to broad band, but from June 2008 till today, not good service provided me.I made many telephones to department and booked several complaints against bsnl. there are not single response, it means bsnl cheating with me, or there are some surreptitiousness in the department related to service.

We have booked customer complaint on 22.11.2008 complaint number B-9735, for telephone number[protected]dead). Therafter regular follow up is being made but the department is not paying attention to the customer complaint.

Since, the number belongs to Banking Organzation we are facing problems in dealing with our customers. Please do not levy the rent for the period of discontinuance of telephone services.

We once again request you to look in the matter.

I am regular surfer and been using bsnl broad band service since 1 year.

From the first day itself there was problem in dowloading and server would go off.

but since last week the problem has becom more voilent and not able to use the service.

Subject: About the reconnection of broadband connection.

Sir,

I am costumer of your services from a decade. In Nov 2008, I applied for the broadband service. The connection was soo poor that it lead me to complain for the same.The connection was 256kbps with 1.5GB download(combo pack 256).
Several of your engg. try to resolve it but problem persists. After that there was no use of both services (phone & broadband).The internet speed never cross the limit of 10kbps and was unavailable frequently in day hours as well as for days in a week. Many times your senior officers promised to solve as soon as possible but it all was fake. Due to above reasons I didn’t paid any bill after connection as complain was made within a week of the connection.

Now I want to reconnect the services. But please ensure that this time services must be same as I am paying for it. Please make some concession in the amount to be payable by me.

Your attention is drawn to the miserable working of Broad Band.Suffering badly from the frequent breakdown. It is more than often the broad band down on Saturday.Recently on 6th. April '10 it was completely down and again on 10th. April '10 it was non operative. The complaint to the exchange is also not solving the problem.The speed gets very slow and NET at times working with interruption.

with great pain and disappointment i am informing your kindself that persons in your department who are dealing with customers are not sensitive to the problems being faced by the users of bsnl services.They [bsnl staff] act like bosses instead of being customer care staff.they should be given extensive traing to deal with the users of bsnl services.you will agree that your all get your bread and butter from the revenue support provided by bsnl customers. I n case all customers decide to use alternate services all of you will loose your fat pay packets.
your maintenance is very poor specially for broadband service. breakdowns are frequent and restoration is delayed.complaint no 1147212 of5th march was rectified on 10th march and it worked only for few hours and complaint was again made on 11th march which was rectified only on 13th march afternoon.request, please improve your services otherwise i will opt for alternates. i am stuck to bsnl because i am an ex public sector executive and want to support public enterprises. regards from pratap singh, A931/2 indira nagar-lucknow -telephone 2340987

hi this is to inform u that my bsnl broadband connection is not working from last one and half month and nobody have taken care and it is the worst service i have ever received. did many complain but nothing has been done. no use of sayibg anything and also no use of posting any complaint because u people will never take care of that as u people dont care about customer service. u just believe in getting money but not working. pathetic. shame on u bsnl people

my name is Abhijeet Sinha. my bsnl landline number is[protected] and i have and internet broadband home 750 plan, but for 2 months...2 months ... my internet is not working properly. dsl is blinked for again and again after some time internet is connected, after one minutes internet is disconnected.
so i have to restart the modem again every minutes.

I am working for a german company as Professional creative designer.the requirement of my work is to send heavy files.if this type of poor service is there how can i work?i just fed up with this ignorance.if i call to 1500 to the call centre ..the girl says me to talk to SDO.when i make a call to SDO.he cant pick the phone..everyday i call...but.
even i visit the deptt.but nothing comes out.
