Respctfully I beg to say that my outgoing of land phone is end before 45days .
I have complaint 4 time in nearest centre but no answer me yet. All bill is paid
I have applied BSNL Broadband+Newline connection on 3rd Jan 2009 in BSNL Mela. At the time I have been assured of providing servive with in 10 to 15 days. Till today (since 40 days) I have not received telephpne line. If I personally or telephonically contact them they will give a standard answer 'It will be done tomorrow'. Govt. department are most useless. I dont know where to complaint?

I have a lot of experience in this matter. I had a landline which was working well. In between BSNL people approached us and offered internal intercom facility if we take a new connection in our flat. So, I have cancelled my old connection and took the new landline connection with number 23691127. Eversince it is connected, broadband is working but the telephone side is not working. Pretty thing is that even before connecting the telephone line to my flat, bill has come for the month of October 2008.
THIS IS MERELY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY - THERE ARE CERTAIN BIG WHITE ELEPHANTS IN THE BSNL. ONCE THEY ARE CAUGHT AND PICKED OUT OF THE BSNL, CUSTOMERS WILL GET SOME SERVICE - OTHERWISE GOD ONLY WILL HELP THE POOR CUSTOMERS.
Ya i agree to ur point.. Bsnl people take a hell lot of time to satisfy our needs.. When i applied fr a new net and phone con.. they tuk around 2 months.. Even wen i want to buy a new modem, they take atleast 1 month.. but this prob cn be satisfied by giving some 50rs.. to ur local phone man or watever... Because Bsnl people get lot of things done by thier emploees and dont pay them much.. And i[censored] give them money. they will try to get ur job done fast..

my internet[protected] is not working for the last 7-days. We lodge many request but all vain. No one care .
I have an BSNL prepaid no. i put top up rs:100 easy recharge on 20/07/09 at 8:41 PM but still now i am not received any amount to my mobile, i called customer care for several times a day but no response but one customer care executive said to go near to the shop and call again to connect him. i went to near shop i called again to connect the particular person but they said no we cant. i gave phone to shopkeeper. the shopkeeper talked as an customer like me. But then also no response the Customer care Executive is not talking properly. Again the shopkeeper called customer care again they gave one no:[protected] to call. i called several times a day the customer care executive said i will block the no if you call again. I spent my money to top up and am getting scolding from the Executive. If i call this no [protected] they are not picking call.
I am holding the no. 2795 74 15 since last one year alongwith broadband . Always suferred with some or the other problem with BSNL ( billing, internet connection, services etc.) In June i had applied for shifting of landline in similar area; after several procedure they accepted my application on 16th June '09. Shifting done after 10-15 days on my constant personal complaints in Patnic offfice to CEO . But till today broadband connection is not done . Made several complaints personnally as well as telephonic to CEO, JTO, LINEMANS ; EVERYTIME reason given is " abhi tak pending hai, software ka kaam one month se chal raha hai, ek hafta lagata" lastly warned them to take the matter to newspapers, given last promise work will be done within two days, week has passed after that no action. BSNL are constantly giving add for new services on tv why? when this company can not handle the small matters for months what is the use of promising new best services ? NOW I M NOT EXPECTING ANY ACTION FROM bsnl, I am forwarding this letter to all Newspaper, and going for justice and all the reimbursement for harresment given by this organisation (which is never organised) to me personally and mentally, financially etc in CONSUMER COURT . I ll see to it that i get justice as fast as possible ..
We had an interaction with BSNL customer support[protected] on 25th July 2014 regarding an issue with Wi-Fi connectivity. Being from technical background, the issue was isolated by us to be with either the Telephone set or Modem. All that was required for the BSNL people was to lodge a complain, come over and replace it. On 25th, they lodged a complaint WITHOUT giving any reference/complaint number. Okay, we thought they have taken the request any way and waited till Tuesday (29th July). But there was neither a call from BSNL nor anybody came over. On 29th July, we unfortunately decided to call BSNL support again and the personnel was horribly disrespectful, using phrases like "Tell me sir, what is your problem", "Sir we are not here to help you further. Take this number of Bangalore Exchange Service and call them." and disconnected the call. of course. Okay, despite of frustration climbed to the brink, we decided to call Bangalore Exchange Service. For two days we tried but we could only hear Tring-Tring and nothing else. Like any other frustrated human, we called BSNL customer support on 31st July, which turned out to be the most disastrous experience with customer support of any company. The agent on the other line stated, "We can't help you. Go and talk to Bangalore Exchange Service", "Don't waste time and tell me what is your problem". Responding to which I asked if that is the way they talk. On which I got to hear, "DEFINITELY Sir, this is the way we will talk if you don't call Bangalore Exchange Service." All I was trying to explain this multi-billionaire company is that there Bangalore Exchange Office was not picking up my call for 2 days! When I asked that lady's name, she denied stating that they are not supposed to give their names. Doesn't make sense to me. I didn't call up FBI, did I? I asked for their Supervisor on which the lady denied to pass him the call. She gave me numbers of Customer Relations team and her Supervisor and it didn't come as a shocker that my call was unanswered even by them.
I have been with BSNL for past 10 years, probably the first time I have faced a critical issue. But getting such dishonest, non-cooperative and non-helpful behavior, I would NEVER recommend it to anyone in the decades to follow.

I brought new BSNL pre-paid SIM no. [protected] but it takes 3 days for activation plus I am very disappointed with services also.
Because as per our conversation with customer care executive, She told me that I have 100 Rs hide balance which is used while I call to BSNL to BSNL and 50 Rs is rest to other. But it is not same that i have actual 50 Rs balance which is used same when I called BSNL to BSNL and also BSNL to others and also local BSNL to BSNL charges is 50 paise too which is not cleared. And also I have 1 more query that why every single sms which I sent is delivered twice to sender and rent to 2 sms also from my balance which is not right as per user point of view.
Could you help me out from such problems. Because its my 1st experince with BSNL and in short time I have alot complaints and not saticfied.

Iam U.P Gorakhpur after a long struggle a BSNL Land Line with Broad Band Connection was installed, but after four days of functioning from the very begning og this year i.e. from 1st January till date it is lying dead. Though in this connection several direct complaint and approches have been made but all in vain.
You are kindly requested to make some initiative to lok in to the matter. My area comes under SDO Jharkhandi Gorakhpur.Also my one month rent should be waived off.

Wrong account usage
mistakes are found in the broad band usage details.
In january 2010 details, usages on 12/01/2010 and 22/01/2010 are shown.
but today is 03/01/2010.
i had problem with my connection, there is no sign of signal all the light in modem are working properly but when ever i open the page it shows server problem or it will load and stop and says no signal... it was problem for past 2 months ... i paid the bill regularly, and tried to check my account details regarding bill and usage... i cannot find details for nothing ...i am in unlimited plan 750 combo ... but there is no speed and no signal... what i have to do.. please help me.. i never come across such thing...this was the first time my connection is not working, my account is not working...help me ...with the best resulting answer...
My BSNL landline phone[protected] has not been working since 5th February 2009. No dial tone is heard when I pick up the receiver to make a call. I live in Marathahalli and many of my neighbours are experiencing the same problem frequently. I registered a complaint through the IVRS system (Docket no: 301)This happens almost twice or thrice a month. It is really pathetic to see such pooor service from BSNL. It is merely a waste to pay the rental for such pathetic service. Will the authorities look in the issue?

heard when I lift the receiver to make a call.I live in Hyderabad near Ameerpet. It will be good if
you kindly see to the problem faced by us. And one more thing is that I can't understand whether

This telephone is not working from last one year. It remained disconnected /dead and in the month of January 2009 it was reconnected / energized on our request in your GMT office Mathura but I found that it was not in working order because there was no dial tone.
I have received three bills since February 2009. I request to you withdraw these bills because of the fact that the telephone has no dial tone since it was energized from exchange and also energize my telephone.
I request to you direct concerned authorities for withdrawal of my last three bills and energize my telephone/provide dial tone.

i have activated gprs on 1 feb 2009 on my handset n tried to test it. i have surfed for 10 mins after that n have just opened yahoo mail site to see my account n also orkut site to see if i got any new scrap.
when i have disconnected it i saw that my balance from 1270rs was reduced to 1014 rs just for 10 min browsing where i have not downloaded anything.
the charges was 5paisa per 10 kb. when i called customer care they put my call on hold for 2-3 times n after that they registered my complaint at 1:17 pm...later i daily called them asking why they have deducted my money n they didn't resolve it. on 4th of feb at 9:21 pm i recieved a sms telling my docket no. 2852724 has been resolved. after that also i din't got my money back.
askiing for reason they say its for gprs n when i talked saying that i haven't utilised that much kb's so charge me 256 rs approx. they didn't answer n now i m calling they put my call on hold saying we r transfering to our seniors...my complaint according to them is solved but they r neiither refunding my money nor answering on what bases they have deduced my 256 rs. for ten min simple surfing...

I am Long term user of excel general plan( From 2004 onwards) prepaid sim of your network,
Initially i was stayed in Saidapet (west) During this period no issue, After i shifted my resident from saidapet to Ullagaram the problem starts ie, When i entered to my home i am not able attend calls inside from home.
This only for BSNL network for other operator like Airtel & Vodafone It is clear and no problems for that network, This problem already complaint raised in Nanganallur Telephone Exchange before one year, But problem still continuing, For this problem myself try to switch over to another network, But all friends&others familiar this Number so i could't change all of sudden, Kindly look into this and do the needful,
whether you are browsing for 10 mins or 5 mins but everything depends on the size of the page, like one page may have 500 kb, so that will take you to 5p*500kb
You recived a message from bsnl that your complain has been solved means, bsnl has detected that there is no wrong deduction of money and hence you did not get your money back

My profile is being updated to H500C plan on 2 jan which i had seen on my profile, so i make unlimited download from 02:00 to 08:00 but its was actually been updated to 7 jan .. so that i make 6000mb downlods which was TOO much...as told by the officers that its was bangalore servers problem this is clearly not my fault .. plz look into this matter...

I am K.K Nigam from Kanpur PhNo is 2534972. I have taken a new BSNL broadband internet connection in last month but still facing alot's of issue but from last 2 weeks it's not working so i am facing problem everytime my phone line dead and my internet is not working. I talked with bs BSNL guy but no body respond.what's problem going on i don't know. i have given a complaint and personally visited many times but still these non-technical bsnl guys are unable to resolve my issue.
This is to inform you that my landline telephone no.[protected] has connected broadband internet connection about three weeks back. I have used connection for three-four days only and then after DSL link is not getting. I have made an complaint to your office verbally on phone no.24220000 on 12th February, 09 and complaint who has taken has denied to give his name nor complaint number. He has assured that DSL link will resolve within day or two. I was waiting for four days but there are no response. Again I have called on the same number and asked complaint number and they have denied to give response and asked me to complaint on phone number 1598. I have made complaint for three times and representative of BSNL has contacted us and informed that broadband any complaint, they are not able to solved. However at last I have come personally in the office at Sahakar Nagar and launched written complaint under ref No.L6-23567 dt. 25.2.09. Till today, 2.3.09 at 6.00 PM, compaint has neither attended nor given proper reply from Mr. Vaishya and Mr. Chavan. Mr. Vaishya has informed me that he could not able to solved problems and Mr. Chavan has informed us that Mr. Vaishya has to solve the problem. As a Customer, I am really fred up and paying rent without using facilities. I have mentally sufferred a lot and spent about more atleast Rs 100/- on the contact to the concern person and more than Rs 5000/- on my valuable time. I request you to kindly look in the matter and arrange to give me compensation of about Rs 10, 000/- towards my mental harrashment you have made. Also I request you to kindly arrange to resolve my problem with immediate effect without further delay.

new broadband connection -hidden cost its huge beware
hey friends and new broadband users-if you are planning to get a new broadband connection and receving the connection any way in between a month ie after 05 of that month beware.
The billing is strange they will squeeze you and get a whole sum amount from you. you will be charged proportionate of your land line connection and broadband connection, ...then usage is also proportionate you cannot use as per your plan charge for that first month..if you the whole down loadable limit of your plan then...ur fallen in the mouse trap... after there strange calculation o[censored]sage for that month the rest you used will be billed extra and end up in a very big billl. so mind blowing.
example in our home i got a combo 500 c plan...i applied months back but they were kind enough to give a connection after 5 months .(my sister was pregnant 7 months when we applied for connection, we got connection after her delivery, it was for her to chat with her husband during that period, but got connection after her delivery ) on 12 of a month we got new connection...500 c home with a download limit of 1.5gb...so what we brothers done we used the whole 1.3 GB according to the plan.to our next month a huge bill of 500 (advance collection of one month bill)+250 (installation charge ..even though modem was ours, not from bsnl)+370 (broadband charge for that rest of the days after 12th of that month ..they calculated proportional instead of 500 plan charge for a month) + additional broadband usage or 700 rs (my usage they calculate as 700 MB for that month which i thought was of 1.5 GB as per my 500 combo plan so the rest 700 MB they billed as extra usage so 700 clean in bsnl big dads pocket+ phone rental of 90 rs + phone usage of 120 rs (there is 150 free calls in 500 combo plan) so everything came to be a huge total of (250+370+700+90+120) +* 12.33 % tax on this amount + 500(deposit) =2290 rs for that month which i expected to be 500 rs as per my 500 combo connection ie four times more ...so beware of taking a connection before 5 th of any month .
Many of you had this type accidents i know so i put this for the others to be cautioned BSNL is highly Commercial..like a private company ...Airtel, Tata, Ashianet are not really bad i realize now
I think this is the BSNL which is india's no 1 Telecom leader but the leaders in BSNL are not really leaders. They are not really working what they have to do in the sack of customers interest.
From Sept 27th 2008 I have been waiting for a land line connection and also I had moved here and there in BSNL office (Indiranagar Main Office)more than 4 times and called up many times but no response.
What is this? If BSNL is not interest to offer good service to customer then BSNL should tell this at the begining means during of the applying time. After visiting BSNL office 5-6 times I got WLL set (Phone no[protected] last month that is 27th January but still now I am waiting for instalation of WLL. I had called up BSNL office many times and got the response that today they are going to install it. And for last 4 days when I have been trying to call that same number[protected], I am getting response that it is a wrong number and this is not BSNL office.
Last week I had also written 2 grievances to Office of the Principal General Manager, BangaloreTelecom District, Telephone House, Raj Bhavan Road, Bangalore-1.through online but no result.
My connection has been fixed by your technitian yesterday. It has been found that my phone has become unusable as long as there is power provided to the modem (type 2) installed yesterday. Though broadband function is ok the phone must remain free. But this has not happened.

DATAONE BROADBAND — line gets out of order now & then
My broadband service provider Dataone service is below standards. Mine is a business plan & the business is dependent on broadband but it stays out of order now and then. Inspite of repeated complaint the Dataone officials are non responsive. Please look into it.

I am a bsnl costumar since last 2 yrs.. but recently 2 months ago i just activated cricket alerts. on my no. and now i want to deactivate it. several time i try. but failed and i called to costumar care but no one can gave me satisfactory answers..
on the process of deactivation I spent more dan money to activate it...It is rediculuous...

You may please contact ur nearest customer care & ask them to book a complaint under SMSC complaints or Content provider services for ur particular complaint .In case of no response then also u may please contact the SMSC center at Madhurai.I am sure they will be able to help u out

I want to purchase a new BSNL Pre-paid Mobile connection. I am trying your customer care no. from last 5 days but I am not able to talk any customer care executive whenever I tried your customer care no. it says all our customer care executive are busy and after 3-4 minutes it is automatically disconnected. Could you tell me from where I can purchase a new pre-paid connection.
I had applied for the reunfd of my security deposit on 4.4.2003 for my tel no 2222271 installed at 980 p sector-14, gurgaon, But till now i had not recd the reund inspite of my regular follow ups.
