new broadband connection -hidden cost its huge beware

hey friends and new broadband users-if you are planning to get a new broadband connection and receving the connection any way in between a month ie after 05 of that month beware.


The billing is strange they will squeeze you and get a whole sum amount from you. you will be charged proportionate of your land line connection and broadband connection, ...then usage is also proportionate you cannot use as per your plan charge...

Not getting Landline connection.

I think this is the BSNL which is india's no 1 Telecom leader but the leaders in BSNL are not really leaders. They are not really working what they have to do in the sack of customers interest.
From Sept 27th 2008 I have been waiting for a land line connection and also I had moved here and there in BSNL office (Indiranagar Main Office)more than 4 times and called up many times but no response.

What is this? If...

phone line remains on

Sir,

My connection has been fixed by your technitian yesterday. It has been found that my phone has become unusable as long as there is power provided to the modem (type 2) installed yesterday. Though broadband function is ok the phone must remain free. But this has not happened.

HARASSED BY 55888

I am being harassed by 55888. Without my consent they are deducting Rs 20/month for astrology service. This is being done for last 4 months. I twice lodged the complaint against it at BSNL office, Bokaro Steel City but still they are deducting the money and sending sms at odd hours. I tried to take help from customer care of bsnl but even they were not effective. I am so annoyed and feeling helpless by this that i am thinking of discarding...

Activation of GPRS facility on my prepaid mobile

Hi,

I had sent a request - "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 22/1/2009. I got a receipt msg asking me to wait for confirmation msg. It didn't come till today - 06 Feb 2009. I called up the customer service [protected] and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRSPRE msg again. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent....

Dead Phone (0522-2726021)

I have a BSNL land line in Lucknow bearing phone number[protected] which is dead for almost a month now, I have registered my complaint 02 times last time I lodged my complaint on 198 and I got the complaint number M1510, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL DATE the phone is still not working....

NEW BROADBAND CONNECTION

Sir,
I had applied for a new Bband Combo 299 connection on 3.1.09 .After great pursuance a landline connection was made nearly 2weeks later.the modem connection for Bband was made subsequently after1week.But even after my almost daily pursuance it could not be activated till date.always I am told that there is some code/password problem from Bangalore.

not getting my security moneyof rs.2700

I have already surrendered my postpaid sim of itanagar on 26 dec-2006, but still i do not get my security money. Once they have issued a cheque of 2287/- only but that was also not encashable because it was out of range. After asking from Bsnl, itanagar Accounts Officer, he told me sorry and request me to send that cheque so that he can issued new cheque. Accordingly, I have send that cheque but i regret that Still I do not get my security...

customer care centre is in the next street.
Though we complained, nobody has come.

Refund not received even after six months of surrending the connection

We had BSNL connection for the past 11 years. Recently we have shifted our house to new address where there was no BSNL connection. Hence we had surrendered our telephone connection by June 2008. But so far, we have not received our refund amount.
Initially BSNL staff said it will take 3 months. After 3 months when we enquired, they said there is some problem and it will take another month. Now, its six gone. this number[protected]...
