hey i m not able to check my usage details

letme know the bill details by mail

im not able 2 chek my usage details n wen i tried to open my usage account it returns invalid username and password

I am unable to see my broadband usage as I am not able to log in with the user name and password to either http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ or http://www.dataone.in. What could be the problem and how do I check the usage. These days I am charged with extra usage charges also, which I would like to check in detail.

I humbly request you to inform me about the checking o[censored]sage of my broad band connection.I got broadband connection by[protected] .My exchange is Vellikulangra, Trichur (DT)Kerala.

sir iam unable to view my internet usage. although i have waited for few days to self rectifiy their service problem, but they have not . sir i have taken home plan 500c which allow me to use 1.5gb FREE .after that they charge per mb 0.80paise . please help me to solve my problem. i quote BSNL IS NOT A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER OF "BROADBAND"

i have to check my bradband usage details. how can i know how much i used.

for broadband username and password not correct

i am getting my user name/password as invalid although i have typed it correctly.my usage is not being displayed

while checking my usage details every time an error message will apper and asked for another trail

I am a bsnlbroadband user.
I can't check the usage details..
What should i do?

I wanted to check the Internet usage for last month and i tried calling ur bsnl office several times and most of the time the phone is engaged, in case they answer the call, they say that there is a server problem. I, tried ur website and im unable to open as there is some problem (Internet Explorer cannot be displayed) and there is no solution to this problem. Please send the summary of the internet usage for last month to my e-mail id immediately.

I have same problem. they provied only total amount not detail and they provide charge amount in another heads so problem to know.
