i am getting my user name/password as invalid although i have typed it correctly.my usage is not being displayed
please tell process about getting usage details

I am unable to see my broadband usage as I am not able to log in with the user name and password to either http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ or http://www.dataone.in. What could be the problem and how do I check the usage.

I am a bsnlbroadband user.
I can't check the usage details..

We are regular users of Brodband, for April 2009 I have got 3 times more bill than earlier. Where can I see usage details. (Our ID is [protected]@dataone.in)

I WAS SHOCKED BY LOOKING IN TO MY JUNE 2009 BILL. I NEVER USE THE BROAD BAND DURING THE DAY TIME AND USED FROM NIGHT 2 AMTO 6AM.BUT RECIEVED BILL FOR 4300.
