[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — portal id & password

i have my broadband connection in office i.e 250 plan.but i can't login with my portal id & password that given me earlier to see the broadband usage.So pLease give my correct portal id & password so that i can check my braodband ususage.my Telephone no is[protected].

BSNL Broadband — Broadband not Connected

Complaint regarding the Broad band Connection.

I had applied for Broadband Internet connection for my home use on 27-May-09. The Order Booking(OB) Number:91509379. After two weeks of applying, I had followed up with the Whitefield Exchange, Bangalore for the installation. From then on I am getting false commitments on the time they are planning to connect.

First I was informed that the installation will happen on 12-Jun-09 or 13-Jun-09( thought its a Saturday). This didn't happen. Secondly I was given a new date as 18-Jun-09, and the same thing happened. Again a new date of 22-Jun-09, no installation, followed by 23-Jun-09 was also committed. again this was broken. I got a call from the office telling that they will be coming to my house at 8 PM to do the connection. So I had o cancel my personal plans and waited for them. No body turned up.

Today I am in a stage where I cannot decide what to do. I can understand missing the commitment for once or twice. But if it continuously happens then there is a serious lapse from the dept.

BSNL Broadband — Poor Connectivity No service Back up

I have been using BSNL Broadband connection since october 2007. Not a single ady has passed without he internet connection being cut off. there is no internet conenction since last 3 days and every time i call the JTO at local exchange he gives all false promises that the connection would b restored in 30 minutes but nothing happens. It has become really headache bearing this broadband service. neither i can download anything nor i can surfe the net with a peace of mind. I think peoplr should call BSNL as BOGUS SERVICE NIGAM LTD. All the higher up at BSNL are worthless. I'm giving all the detail regarding my connection.

BSNL Broadband — Broadband Connection Not Available since 12 days

This is to inform that the Broadband(data1) Connection is not available since 12 days in my home. I have a UL750 plan and it is saying - "Error 676-The phone line is busy". I tried to reach out customer service thru 1504 and also thru [protected] but the problem is still not resolved. Not sure if this will work. It seems the whole month I just have to pay for no service being available - it's frustrating.
Whatever Sunita has described is quite right. BSNL has always been like that. The main problem with BSNL is that it doesn't have qualified technicians. I, for instance, have suffered and still am suffering. I have been using cellone's gprs facility for the last few months. I connect my mobile with my pc through bluetooth to browse the net. Almost for 20 days in a month, when i try to connect to internet in the morning it does not connect until it is well past 11 am. When I brought this problem to the nearest bsnl office in Berhampur(Orissa) everytime I get a response "everything is ok at our side, please check the settings in your mobile". IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM FROM MY SIDE, THEN HOW COME I GET THE CONNECTION ONLY AFTER 11 AM BUT NOT BEFORE WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING IN MY MOBILE. Later I realised that people at BSNL come to office at 11 am and after that only they carry out the troubleshoot. It has been a regular phenomenon.

Once I was disconnected for a period of 4 days. I contacted everyone that I could from Berhampur Office to Bhubaneswar. But no one could solve my problem. Later I came to know from one of my friends that the Access Point name has been changed. When I changed the access point name in my mobile it started working. I had to suffer without an internet connection for 4 days without any fault of mine. It shows how adept these technicians at BSNL.

I have never received my Broadband Internet bill yet. I have complaint about this before 3 months and from my house also they are complaining every month. But the BSNL Peoples are saying ok you will get your bills from next month. But i have not.Every month i have to call BSNL and ask for the Bill o[censored]sage. I dont know whether they are saying correct or not. I couldnt check my usage online also.

I want to know onething I made Complaint Online before 3 months. This is my Complaint Docket No.CC668029 Dtd. 27-03-09 whenever i check online regarding this complaint the complaint status showing as Pending. So what is the purpose of Online Complaint.
i can see my usage detail, how i can i please tell me
Frequently it disconnects automatically, occassionally error 678 is viewed . Speed is being slower than before .

BSNL Broadband — DSL LINK DISCONNECT

I have BSNL Broadband internet connection.That net connection is fault daily from 3 month.That fault is DSL link disconnect.I was told to exange, JTO, SDE and 1500(TOLL FREE NO) every time but fault is not rectify till now.
I have lodge a complaint in coustomer care survice due to modem not working on 25.06.09 . V8681. I had explain her that very urgent becouse everyday is require net sevice depending on that. They told me that you will get service . But still no one entertain about that still suffering not able to access internet. I hope that for that reson private sector is better than public sector. I don't know how i will get the service. Very upset about the service.

BSNL Broadband — Signal problem/echange

Sir,
Its almost ten days that there is some exchange problem as customer care told me.i am loosing the internet connection every fifteen minutes.
daily it take me around one hour to connect to customer care.One technician came down to my residence to fix the issue and finally said there is some problem with my laptop.Now, this is really absurd.
From last fifteen day i complained so many time about the bsnl broadband disconnection, but after that nobody is going to take action, or not give me perfect reason for this complain, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , so now what i do?
The downloading speed is only 30kb/s of plan UL750 plus.& i want to change my phone cables which are very weak in service i want 60 metres of phone cable & also send me my portal id.
