[Resolved]  BSNL Broadband — Bad service

Since the past few months its takin HALF AN HOUR to connect to the net. And if connected the connection disconnects abruptly. And the website for checkin the usage is also down most of the times. Kindly service the complaint as soon as possible as it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

BSNL Broadband — Bad services

Around one year back I have taken BSNL broadband connection. Since begining it is not working properly. It use to be out of order for at least two weeks in a month. I regularly visits to Telephone exchange Lonavla for complaint. The Technician visited to me at least half dozen time, ever time he says "your line is faulty, I shall visit with lineman and disappears" . No body is attending complaint even taking complaint on phone (Telaphone line is always busy or tempararily out of order". or computer complaint at Telephopne No. 198.
As regarding bill it is very punctual for standatrd monly charges, which runs to at least Rs. 350/- per month even without providing service.
Will BSNL take note of this and look into the matter seriously.

BSNL Broadband — sometimes not getting connected

it is creating to connecting each and everyday during 12 pm to 2pm .during running time maximum time it get dis connected.
I have lodged complaint docket no c2168 for restoration of broadband service on 15/11/2008.The problem is LINK FAILURE. The BSNL calcutta telephones has not given any response. My Broadband service remains down even after 72 hours. There should be next level complaint system after the service of[protected] remains unattended for more than 24-48 hours.

I had taken broadband connection of bsnl in March 2009 but its not working properly since its installation. i have registered many complaints for that but no action is taken and bad words are used by officers of bsnl.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — bad services

despite complaining to various departments of bsnl there is complete negligence and the complaint un attended. i have no adsl link for past 4 months. please do the needful
I am using BSNL Broadband service with Rs. 500 rental plan from past 1 year. from the last 2-3 months their were problems in the service so that internet connection was sometimes not proper.
But from past 15 days, their is a consistent problem with connecting link to the broadband. I had fired complain to bsnl office exchange at Rajnagar Ghaziabad (U.P.) but no action has been taken yet. apart from that at the time of 2AM to 8 A.M. when unlimited downloading is there, no link will be given to connect internet.
my complain numbers are: 2239823 and 2237049, but yet no action has been taken.even the SDO Mr. Vivek Agarwal don't pick up his phone[protected].

I will be highly obliged if proper action were taken.
I want my claim for improper service.
I have applied for a broadband connection on 31/07/2009 and also paid the required fees. At that time I was told that I will get the connection within 3 days. But till now I could not get the connection and when i went to the BSNL branch I could not get a clear picture about the progress.

My Registration No. is 51208848 & date is 31/07/2009.The branch is BSNL, KRISHNA NAGAR, KANPUR - 208007.

I want a quick help as I need the connection very urgently.

I have bsnl broadband connection since 2006. Always trouble getting fixed whenevr get any issue. Pls dont take any broadband connection from BSNL. we will get very bad experince ...

i had applied for plan change to home plan 500 with discounted annual payment option-
Rs:5000/-per year- on 25/09/2009 at Perumbavoor office w.e.f 01/10/2009.they said it may
be implemented w.e.f 01/10/09 it self .they also says that confirmation regarding this may
collected from bsnl .i try this through c c no 1500 from 30/09/09 it self .they informed me on
24/10/09 from phone no 2385016 that plan was implemented w.e.f.03/10/09 only i myself
understand the matter on 07/10/09 directly from Perumbavoor. i believe you can understand
my losses. HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CONSIDER THE MATTER AND THE PLAN
CHANGE MAY IMPLEMENTED w.e, f. 01/10/09 .

BSNL Broadband — BAD SERVICE BY BSNL

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
FROM LAST 2 WEEKS MY BROAD BAND IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND SOMETIMES LANDLINE PHONE ALSO GIVE PROBLEM. I HAVE FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT TO SERVICE PROVIDER BUT THEY SAID YOUR PHONE LINE HAVE PROBLEM. TILL NOW NO ACTION HAS TAKEN . LAST TIME ALSO I HAD SAME PROBLEM ,WHEN I MADE ONLINE COMPLAINT THEY CALLED ME BACK AND IN VERY ROUGH VOICE THEY TOLD ME NOT TO MAKE THESE TYPE OF COMPLAINT....

BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE — Very Bad service

I got the service after a month struggle and now i am not able to use the service once they set up the line...they before setting up my modemwas good state and approved by them and now when i complain about the serivce they simply say modem is bad and they never set the line good...my modem is in good state and now am not able to use service for which ampaying around 750 rs...my all complaints to bsnl is going in vein.kindly do the needful asap.
It seems there is a policy to not to give the Broad Band service to sonsumers.

i applied 3 times online but no response at all.
going to the bsnl office is mental harrasment and misguiding theory

BSNL Broadband — very bad service

I am a student using BSNL broadband connection. My plan name is 500C home plan where i get night 2 AM to 8 AM free downloads and monthly i can use 1.5GB. My main problem is the modem's ADSL link suddenly stops and i couldn't access the internet, Every time when i give a complaint a person visits to my home after 2 days to check the telephone lines, He simply switch off and on the modem and when he does't get to know the actual problem he blames that the connections are not proper and leaves. I am still not getting the actual problem. But, I have to rely on BSNL coz of the cost. The only broadband connection available in low rates. Its better if they improve the service and stop causing inconvenience to the customers.

Iam vijayshanker tewari. i had taken the connection of broadband in the month of january. it si the plan of rs.499 (4 G.B. usage) . but i am using only till 4 G.B. BUT BSNL charges too.for it more than its uses. now services of bsnl is too worst.

now we did not able to seen any information continiously for five minutes from internet, on 05/07/2010 evening 1900 hours one call came from bsnl and that officer told me we offer one month free games on demand kindly follow my instruction you will get the downloading of games. but i try to install the download player form the internet as follow the officers instruction. after continuous trying for 4 hours that work was not completed.

yester day evening again i try to continuous but no result. i try to complaint on this no.1500 but nobody attend the call for hearing the complaint

BSNL — Bad service of broadband

broadband service of bsnl is vry bad.......... bsnl gives their network only 15 days in a months. har 15 days bad network fail ho jata h................N uses se jyada bill nikalte h......... they doing fraud with all cstmers........

I have BSNL Broadband service but that is not working so good that is disconnected many time 6 or 7 time in one min. And I complain many time but no responce from BSNL
So kindly inform me what I do for this................
I am sick& tired of even tryimg to registetr complaints for the problems that I have faced with broadband[protected] the problem had started in June 2010- & despite several complaints the same has not been resolved to date
Now for the past 4 months, I am not even able to register complaints vide telephone set . letters are not being responded to nor are telepjhone calls to the kadri office attended
Finally on the 1.3.2011, this month have given a given a letter for disconnection of the line & already fixed an Airtel line to avail net service.
Still I have received a bill for the month
I have spent Rs 8000/- approx on cyber net service so that my work is not disrupted & paid my bill every month since commencemnet of the problems with your services

Why are you so negligent & inefficient in providing sevices ?- I do not use service of telecalls you can find that in your system - only net was essential to me - It is my source of income -

I have spent a chunk my income due to deffienct service ion your part - I suggest your refund me the rentals from June 2010 to date

You have lost me as your customer for sure -I can never rely on your servcie
