Sir,

I am a new prepaid(life time)cellular service user of bharat sanchar nigam limited (Goa) and I had about Rs. 900+ talk time to my credit. There was a delay on my part to recharge for extending validity.

I am surprised to discover my talk time vanish upon admitting recharge voucher.

I require to get back my unutilised talk time at the earliest failing which the concerned authorities may kindly book a complaint ABOUT THE UNETHICAL AND CORRUPT PRACTICES INDULGED BY BSNL.

    sir,
    i had personally complaint for tariff vauture in which the facility of (free talktime in between 11p.m. to 7 a.m.)had given is not activated .Especially on excel numbers.even i had updated no. for excel power after 8 month, even that problem is also not solved uptil now.my no. is [protected].
    I am a user of BSNL Mobile Phone, My Mobile No is [protected], Please note that cost for making local phone call through my mobile set with in same net work is Rs 1.60/-, with another network is Rs 2.00/- . This is too high to bear with, None of BSNL Tarrif chart in inter net shows such huge cost. Please confirm whether it is a system fault or a usual rate. Please suggest means so that cost become cheaper.

      dear sir
      it is shocking to note that on 25 of july some caller tone was downloaded on my mobile without my permission
      not only this but they charged Rs. 20 + 12 for the same
      the tone is so uncivilised that i feel ashamed to contact if some gentle person dials me. this is the height of negligience and cheating on the part of company. you can just think how hundreds of illeterate persons who use bsnl are cheated in this way.
      not only this the caller tone will be automatically renewed after month and they will again charge the same amount
      if you can remove this bloody tone i will be hightly thankful to you

        I am having Business 700 broadbanf plan on my landline telephone number [protected]. This service is provided in my residence 8-2-309/7/1, Road No.14, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500037. My broadband connection gets disconnected very frequently and the error message what I get is "DNS Server Error". I feel the problem is with either the Modem installed in my premise or the settings. Whenever broadband disconnects, I reboot the Modem and I am able to establish the connection immediately. Like this, every day, I have to reboot the Moden not less than 10 to 15 times. This is causing lot of problems as the broadband gets disconnected while making payment on internet and I am unable to find out whether the payment is made or not. Similarely, whenever I download some files, at the end, the broad band disconnects and I have to restart the downloading once again from the beginning causing loss of time and money. I request Hyderabad BSNL Authorities to look in to the matter and provide solution so that I get uninterrupted broadband service.

        This is a complaint from the number[protected].I (Vasundhara) have opted for the 750 PLUS offer for the BROADBAND Connection on 4th of January, 2009.I am unable to connect to the internet during the evening hours from 6 P.M. to 6 A.M. Complaint is being given by me daily to the number [protected].On calling to this number the CSR(Customer Service Representative)are telling that the information regarding this number is not available in their DATABASE. If that is the case then how am I able to access internet during the day time by providing correct username and password?

        Today I received the call from Customer Care regarding this problem. The people are so careless as when the complaint was regarding BROADBAND they have registered complaint for PHONE connection which is meaningless. Suggestions were given by CSRs to get adjusted during the evening hours instead of solving the problem.
        WE ARE VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICES AND THERE WILL BE NO OPTION TO GO FOR PRIVATE CONNECTIONS.
        I hope the problem will be solved in the next 24 hours or at the earliest.
        I too am facing the same issue where the connection gets disconnected. When I tried logging a complaint, BSNL sent a line man rather than a IT technician to resolve the issue. They checked the phone, said it is ringing, you can make calls, so everything is ok. They asked to log a complaint with 12678 if I face any more difficulty. That was the first number I had called to log a complaint but they said they dont have my name in their records. The connection gets disconnected abruptly approximately every 10 mins. Had I known this I would never have opted for BSNL. Can the concerned authorities please take necessary action to resolve this issue majority of BSNL subscribers are facing.

        The primary reason for the whole trouble/mess up is the allotment of broadboard lines beyond its capacity. The problems expressed/faced by the above persons are correct, true and complete in all respects. I too had a problem 6 months ago when I was in the 500 Home Plan. Since then, I switched over to the new plan. Now, I am facing this problem occasionally. However, to overcome this, I have to reboot the modem frequently. Further, I have to run diagonostic test also.

        i am also facing the same problem... initially i's thinking that i hav a s/w problems...but now it seems that its their fault... i really wanna get rid of this...
        I too facing the same problem as many of them where the BB connection gets disconnected very frequently.         BSNL(Bull Sh*** Nigam Ltd.) is an organization(?) that I am subscriber of (Home 1350 UL Plan). Let's concentrate on UL. How many ULs I got with this connection. 1) UnLimited Tension i[censored] ve something official deadline based work to do. 2) UnLimited loss of face in the office. 3) UnLimited numbers of calls to KashtMar Kare (customer care) with onle one response- Koramangala server down. 4) UnLimited number of BSNL cell no of those to contact to get my problem fixed because customer care is careless itself !!! Agony doesn't end here. In my apartment one day one BSNL type man came, rang the doorbell and asked us whether we lodged any complaints for broadband issues. I at once said WOOOOOOOW !!! I called my wife and told GOD himself has come !!! I told him very politely, although it was very tough, that we tried lodging complaint but we got some cell numbers perhaps one of them sent you. He at once realized that we did not lodge any complaints and gave me, Guess What !!!, another bsnl cell no. And then he told he has come for someone's else's complaint and he can only solve our problems if ***** whatever u cud understand I didn't have patience to hear that If clause. Imagine my plight after satisfactorily enjoying 2MbPS Airtel BB for 1.5 yrs, how i must be feeling. Connection never lasts for more than 30 mins. I lose my VPN and can't work from home. Unlike others I've no plans to appeal to so called authorities otherwise I will get guess what yet another contact number. With heavy haert I got married, changed my house and with even heavier heart I had gone for BSNL but now the time has come to feel light and say Bye Bye to all this. And one more thing... Deepika Padukone(Brand JhAmbassador) never came even in my dreams to enquire about my connection.
        if your broadband gets disconnected
        1) with stable DSL LINK LED then your system could have effected with virus..u can confirm this by connecting to another laptop or so...
        2) with stable LINK LED, your LAN drivers might have corrupted reload them or might have limited or no connectivity yellow mark..then go to your LAN properties and then tcp/ip protocol properties ..change to manual mode...give ip adress 192.168.1.4 click on subnet mask than give default gate way 192.168.1.1 then ok ..close...
        3) with DSL LINK BLINKING frequently...it can be line problem or splitter problem...connect line to modem bypassing splitter and check..or check your phone if you could observe any noise in your receiver..if so coplaint through 198 booking repeatedly till linemens come and solve...

        or contact your junior telecom officer concernd for reprogramming your modem...
        problem occuring during downloads since 7 days... no downloads since last 7 days...
        my internet is having the problem while im downloading any file from internet... THIS WEBSITE IS NOT FOUND is the message what i get every time what i get when i start download any thing... some one from your office rang me today n told that my problem is rectified. but even though im facing the same error... please solve my problem as soon as possible...
        Dear friends in this third world country do not hope better things.Everything will be third class.But dont blame those people.Govt. means ours, not theirs and dont let them to ruin BSNL.Complain at RIA(right to information act)to PIO(public information officer)at BSNL offices.I complain every month, it is time pass atleast they have to work on papars.Really don't hesitate, they are not serious we are also not serious...Good luck

            Sir/Madam,

            I want to discontinue BSNL Excel Student prepaid plan and change to BSNL general plan, but the customer care people are saying I am LOCKED to BSNL Student plan and have to loose this number and buy another SIM card if i need to change.

            I think then i loose the "The right of the subscribers to choose any tariff plan at any point of time " as suggested by TRAI.

            2. In the BSNL web site (http://www.chennai.bsnl.co.in/News/excel_student_power.htm), it is clearly stated that :


            Recharge: Normal recharge coupons or Top up cards

            All other terms & conditions: As per normal prepaid tariff


            but in reality i am unable to recharge for Rs.393 or Rs.168 or Rs.281 (http://bsnl.co.in/service/tariff_excel_pre.htm)

            3).The Student plan NEVER MENTIONED that i cant change from that plan to any other plan.

            4).The Customer Care for BSNL is the worst, they are not picking up and even if they pick up, they dont talk.

            BSNL students plan is a cheating plan from BSNL, and its stupid plan. If the card period is expired the balance amount also will vanish. and the response also very poor. That stupid peoples not serving nation, they are working just for salary
            i am not satisfied with students plan in the regards that we have only one validity recharge available with this plan...
            i am not satisfied with BSNL student plan in this plan we have only 165 sms for the month this is very very poor "please launch the old plan 2000 sms for the month please please humble request of karnataka students"

            I am Santosh Kumar using bsnl student power plan from last 4years.now i want change this to another plan, but your cautomer care people say some time it possible and some not. from last 1year iam continues calling to caustomer care.finally i go the Bsnl office their they people also say not possible this change.why i want change means its call charges are very high local call Rs.1.20 and std Rs.2.40 paise only sms are free.so thatswhy i want to go in to the other plan but your people say you cant change this plan to other plan. if you want change plan then take any but different number.you cannot get same number in other plan. so please clarify me if we cannot get same number in other plan. so why its compalsary to take bsnl plan in market we have so many other options with good attractive plan and they give very good quality service also if compair with you.i think in this this matter you also satisfided with us pls revort me ASAP.

            bsnl is the one and only network with worst customer supports. i had a call 2 your customer care many times but they are not responding properly they just put my call onhold and after some times they just discontinuing the call actually, i just asked about the plan changing but those peoples are doing like this. wht the hell s gng on there ?
            I have bsnl student plan.but now the validity of the sim is over.So now i need to change the student plan.Though castomar care told me that i[censored] recharge with Rs 42/- (F.R.C) then your student plan will change into Saral Anant.But it does't happened. So I am very disappointed.Plz give me a solution.Even the monthly rental of the student plan is changed into Rs 40/-.It's not possible for a student to recgharge with Rs 40/- every month.

              Applied for Corporate Platium/Gold Credit Card one months back on request of your representative though I have a bitter experience regarding the service of your Credit Card Division in the past.Your bank confirmed me over phone for issuance of corporate Gold card within 7 days from the date of application. But till today yet been received the card. Only I have got the application reference No. 1636270, 3-days back. Now let me inform by return mail regarding the status of my application for the mentioned card.

              I too have applied with receipt no. 2556 for a land line copnection on dated 13/08/2010. but still no concrete reply on the status.
              It was on name of Saurabh Suman, 304, Kaushlay estate, dakbungalow rd, patna . the sales associte no[protected], SDO( AK Chodhary) number [protected] and the line man with no. [protected] were requested, chased and contactd again and again but all in vain. Most irresponsible and non proefssional people I have ever exprenced. as per their verbal info a number [protected] was even alloted to me and inspite of that een after 15 days theire is no installtion

                For cellone mobiles there is only one number [protected] for Chennai customer care. I contacted the number regarding my cellone GPRS configuration which was disconnected following the software upgradation in my mobile NokiaN95. They directed me to another number 24955925. I found no one is lifting the number then again asked the CC they gave 24953717, in that after 15 mts try I got and who attended the call noted my particulars and my mobile model and told me 'will call after 30mts" . Three days gone no one called yet or even lifting the phone. May be they went on Pooja holidays, but who is to take care of the customer is not known. The quality of signal is also bad and mostly we do not get good quality in speech thro mobile.

                cellone mobile services — security cash not refunding

                Dear sir,
                I am really thankful to you that you are receving complains and solveing it for which we are obiliging. Before two year my father Mr. Kashinath das was a customer of Cellone servises. For some reason we close our a/c with final settelment of bill amont Rs 3067/-(RUPEES THREE THOUSAND SISTY SEVEN ONLY), which was paid by myself (Krishna Chandra das). But still now i am not found my security deposit which was given at the time of receiving new connection of cellone sim card.
                So please kindly register our request and solve it for which we will remain grateful at you.

                BSNL CellOne Prepaid SIM — outgoing is not started

                I was perchased a prepaid sim from local dealer in the month of march 2008 but outgoing is not start in my sim till now what i wii do ?

                CellOne — POOR CC SERVICE

                The wrost coustomer care service belongs to great CELLONE or BSNL. U havr to solve ur own problem, noone is in customer care for pick up ur call.

                bsnl/cellone mobile phone connection — Poor range..

                I am facing a low range problem in my house. Before 11 months i am getting strong signal from Pulamon tower, The aerial distance from my home to the tower is around 1km. Now I am getting signal from a tower that is greater than 3 km aerial distance. what to do in this situation.. Now I am using a Reliance CDMA handset with life long connection to receive emergency calls... please advice me...

                BSNL, CELL ONE — NON-FUNCTIONAL OUTGOING CALL FACILITY

                BSNL Cellone — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

                I was not receiving incoming messages to my mobile number for past 10 days.I have raised complaint to customer care people on August 13th 2008.Till Aug 19th 2008 the issue was not resolved and when i contact them they are saying that the issue has been resolved on Aug16th 2008.Improper informations are being informed to the customers.I have never seen worst customer service like BSNL.Its paining...Concern officers are not taking appropritate action on this...

                My friend purchase a postpaid sim of vodafone by atul and promise that sim will be activate with in 24 hours to 48hours but after 100hours my sim is not activate and all mostly staff employee not recieve my phone.i give a advice vodafone connection not prefer, if you want a postpaid connection then other option choose.

                MY MOBILE PHONE IS VERY LOW NETWORK IN LAKHNI BAJARWAD NEAR GRAMPANCHAYAT AND SO I MISSED VERY MUCH ARGENT CALL SO PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
                I have a cell one mobile no. [protected]. However despite my repeated complaint to the customer care Chennai. My caller tune service are being charged for last the 02 month while i have never consented for this. I have sent messages on 56700 for numbers of times but it says "YOUR REQUEST IS ALREADY PENDING". Neither I am being given facility discontinue or continue this facility for the last three month. Kindly bring this fact to your senior officials who ever is compitant for this redressal and advice accordingly to me.

                BSNL — The mobile service goes in bad shape day by day

                I am the holder of above said prepaid mobile number from the very beginning of the mobile service of BSNL. Every institution, industrial unit, school, college etc improve his service by the time pass, but this theory fails on BSNL. The mobile service goes in bad shape day by day. The officials of BSNL return the customer daily with new lame excuses e.g. your problem will be solved soon, you have faulty mobile set, the problem is in the other mobile company and we are going to check it. I have contacted your officials so many times for my problems but nobody has tried to solve them.

                For your kind knowledge I have my field job, I have to move in different parts of the city. But I have to face problem in outgoing, call drop and most of my contact persons generally complain me that your mobile was out of coverage area. Your official says that it is a net work problem and it will improve by March 2009. I could not understand that how it is net work problem when I am receiving calls from different numbers at the same time I am facing the problem of out going for 4-5 hours when my house is just backside of Telephone Exchange, Phase-II, Dugri. My daughter who is a Lecturer at PCTE Badowal also have a BSNL prepaid connection bearing number [protected] is also facing the same problem.

                Sir,
                I am facing problem to use my land phone as well as broadband services since last August 2008. I has become a weekly schedule to have no dial tone and broadband service and then booking for fault and having it done after two or three days. Sir we pay bill for the whole month but can use it of only half. More over telecom is considered as one of the essential services, but most of the time we remain detached from it.

                I have informed the SDE of my local exchange for several times, but hardly got a permanent solution. I would like to request you to do the needful as early as possible.

I would like to know that is this the way the cellone treats its customer. Secondly I would talk to the person who is incharge at my district head quarters regarding your cellone post paid division. I was mentally harrassed by your customer care people In fact it should be customer harrassement agency I am very much annoyed regarding this. You could kindly get the details how many times I have called your cc people and how long it took them to talk to me every time and what all conversation took place acrosss us from 9:50 pm to 11:10 pm. I am expecting an earlier reply regarding this.

                I HAVE A MANIKJOD CONNECTION AND ALSO A PREPAID CONNECTION WHICH I AM USING FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE([protected]) SEVERAL TIMES. EVEN I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE MANAGERS ON THE FLOOR. BUT I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED. IT IS A LONG TERM ISSUE WHICH I AM FACING.                 BSNL — Very Poor Customer Support and service

                I bought a BSNL USB data card on 27th Jan 2009. In the outlet I was informed that I will receive a speed of min 30 kbps and max 120kbps. However I haven't even received 20kbps till date. Despite my regular complaints over phone, email and personal visit to the BSNL office, my speed has not increased. I am very very frustrated now and want a quick result. Please help me out. I get average 4kbps max 9 kbps(not for more than 5 seconds). Cannot open multiple websites. Takes too long even to open Google.

                BSNL - CellOne Services — Bad service and irresponsible behaviour

                I have been the Chennai BSNL B-fone customer for the past 8 years and CellOne cutomer for the last 4 years. For the last 3 months, the mobile lines are so pathetic. call gets disconnect in the middle, not able to make call (even to the own network) etc. The necessary complaints are made and initial action has been taken. After that one officer called that they are investigating the issue and will get back to me within a month. It has been over 3 months and still the issue is not resolved. Still the line gets disconnect in the middle of the call, they will charge for the not connected the calls; some time I will get a IVR saying that the number I called doesn't exist(interestingly the number I called just few seconds back) and in the next few attempts the line will connect.)

                BSNL claims that they are the best network and they are coming up with latest technologies, but they are not able to resolve the basic needs of the customer. I have complained to all level. Still no response.

I didn't knew that where as one should be mobile no. the activated no. I have come to know that the other can be got activated after expiry of 6 months. The land line no. worked for some days nicely but from last 15 days it is not working . It is said that call can't be made at this moment. This is the condition through out the day. then what is the use of if I have to pay 49 paise on the no. that I have got freed.                 I am a share holder connection of bsnl. All out going calls are barred bad service
                At present my GPRS connection on mobile is already active. I have China Mobile(ALFATEL H1).My problem is that my email id is not open.I also contect on Helpline no, but every time different answer are given by help line no.My friend has also a china mobile and his gprs is working normal.He had got setting from help line centere.I follow up for gprs setting last 30 days, but no possetive reply from help line .
                I had logged a complain on 29-04-09 complain no. 3026937 at centre after several call they have not attended. On 13-05-09. I was able to get connected to Ms Hamita Senior CSA. She talked polity and gave the assurance to get the incomming of sms from abroad will b done in 24hrs and the department will call me. I even asked her for a mail adress for putting the complain in writting but she beg excuse that we can't.
                Where to go? It is just like breaking ur head with the wall. Bsnl should change their attiude.
                Also there should b a mail addres to complain.

                From 3-4 days there is again a problem, most of the time there is no gprs connection but it appears for few minutes & then breakes.

                I received a call from BSNL customer care to my mobile [protected] I just listened to the pre recorded speech regarding hello tunes. In the meanwhile, I had another call to my land and I just left the mobile on the table without disconnecting. after some time, i received a message saying that i will be charged rs.25 per month for subscribing to hello tunes and the same has been activated.

                I request that the hello tunes be immediately deactivated and I should not be charged rs.25 as there was no consent from my side to avail this facility.

                BSNL should desist itself from such acts which is sheer cheating the customer.

                cell one — Wrong billing

                I have receivd your Invoice No.[protected] dt. 4.7.09 for Rs. 968.00 payment due on 20.7.09. My A/C No. is[protected]. I think this is a wrong billing. The total amount is wrong. Please check up and confirm the correct amount to be paid by me. Further, my cell one bill never touched an amount such as Rs. 900 plus. Please look into the matter and confirm the same immediately. Please correct me if I am wrong in understanding your bill.

                I would rather prefer disconnection instead of paying Rs. 968/-. Blunders such as entering wrong Account number etc. in my payment slip has already occured last month, due to which my phone was disconnected, which has caused severe mental stress and humiliation to me.

BSNL must allow to contact CustomerCare otherwise how can I reach the Customer care? I sent SMS but nothing has been done. AS I DO NOT NEED THIS SERVICE AND I MAY PL BE CONFERMED BY RETURN MASSAGE REGARDING DEACTIVATION.

                I've registered for DND six months ago, but still i keep on getting promo messages from BSNL daily.
                If i try to re-register it, it says that I'm already registered to this list.
                BSNL customer care is not taking any action, instead of regular complaints.

                hello, the chat messenger programme has been automatically activated in my cellone no-[protected](Orissa) .I have been tailing customure care for last 6 munth.                     My landline number is[protected]. I also have a broadband connection on this number. Since the morning of 08/10/08 (today), the phone is on but there is no broadband connection.
                    My telephone (no. 24411040 ; at Kasba, Kokata-42) is working but broadband out of service since 22nd Dec'08. Complaint lodged to local broasband centre and also through 1500. People came in my house and found nothing wrong at my end & expressed their view that trouble may be at the Server end. Again I contacted officers of local B/B centre (No.[protected]/[protected] and expressed my dissatisfaction over the poor service of BSNL B/B.

                    I don't know what to do !

                      i am using 500C plan of BSNL Broad Band.

                      i have unlimted download from[protected]hrs.

                      on 21th of oct 2009, i have been charged when i have downloaded between my unlimted period.
                      means every time it shows 0KB download when i download between[protected],but on this date it shows 321 MB download between[protected]hrs.

                      it may be noticed that i have been started downloading a minute earlier the unlimited period,but according to my knowledge any plans like this always keep track of time,means i may be charged for 1mint download before 0200 hrs,but i have been charged also after 0200hrs.

                      n one thing also that when my unlimited time overs means after 0800 i always been charged for 1 minutes also,so they keep track of closing time but not of starting time.

                          I AM A RESIDENT OF SECTOR 38-WEST AND HAVING 3 BSNL MOBILE AND ONE LANDLINE NUMBERS AT HOME.BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT SIGNAL IS VERY POOR IN THIS AREA. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE CALLS CLEARLY. SOMETIMES, WE HAVE TO DIAL THE NUMBER THROUGH LANDLINE TO COMPLETE THE TALK. THIS IS CREATING LOT OF TROUBLE AND THE BENEFIT OF MOBILE PHONE IS REDUCED AND BECOMES ANNOYING.
                          PL LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AND GIVE THE SOLUTION AT THE EARLIEST SO THAT THE BENEFIT OF BSNL SERVICES CAN BE TAKEN FULLY.

                          i m stationed at allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) India and a subscriber of Cellone prepaid mobile (up east). i m trying to make std calls on Airtel no started with9000524*** but to no avail as computerised machine asking me that the number i m trying to is not in exixtence despite the fact that im recving calls from the same number. i also tried to make calls from other cellone numbers but the result was same. there must be a technical snag with the connectivity that operators are not removing. my cell no is [protected].
                          Broad band services (BSNL) was provided to me on around May 25th 2009. From the same day itself as soon as the connection was done, i was not able to log in. To get log in it is taking a much time say 30 mins or so and disconnecting for every 5 to 10 mins. I have lodged a complaint on May 25th, 2009. They said they send the technician, but to date no one has come to my house. I have called almost 20 customer care executives, who asking whats the problem i have to repeat the problem and they say the same thing always. Almost every day, i am calling the customer care executives and the official person and every day say they are lodging complaint and look forward to that issue. I got the area officer no.., he too did not respond to me very well...There who receives the phone call says the officer is not available and and they say after he comes they will make him known of my problem and take the action.. and at other times they say technicians are on leave.. and some times say it a line problem, a port problem and port has to be changed.. and now finally the bill has come with internet usage charges.. I have already paid 1500 rupees as advance without using any internet services. These things are going with the BSNL people. Please help me in this regard...I will be thankful to YOU.
                          I am using a cellone sim in my mobile. I have to try a number of time to get connected to someone on mobile particularly to people using other network(idea, airtel etc.). It rarely happens that I am able to connnect to somebody in one attempt. Sometimes even after trying for more than 10 times I am unable to connect to the person whom I am trying to call. People find me out of network though I am well in the network. They find it very difficult to contact me.
                          Also it is often very difficult to connect to customer care.
                          These peoblems have gone beyond limits and have become highly irritating.
                          I may be forced to change my service from BSNL to some other mobile service provider.
                          The following error occurred when trying to process the request:

                          Your SIM card is not activated. Initialization failed. MSISDN:[protected], reason: Exception: Could not fetch services! this is the problem in WIB services i am not able to browse the net of this problem, what to do

                            Sir,
                            I have recently changed my broadband plan from plan 250 to plan 500 under which free downloading facility is being provided during night hrs i.e. 0200 to 0800 hrs. I wish to mention specifically that I have changed my plan just because I have to download some big files from rapidshare.com. First two days I got bandwidth of 1.5 to 1.6 mbps and download speed of around 200 kbps I have downloaded around 2 GB during those days after that my net was not working for a day then when I complained about my net my net was rectified but my speed specially during free downloading hrs are limited to 155 kbps and downloading speed of just 15 to 20 kbps. I have complained everywhere, local exchange, regional call centre, mailed to local and regional officers but my complaint is still unheard. Now I am planning to take help of Consumer forum and will ask for rebate in rental as the complaint is unheard for 1 week.

                              I am 100 kms foraway my native, Last 20 days i have to try to talk with my parents, Due to Telephone connection problem i am not able to talk with my parents.

                              My Native Land Line is not working fast 20 days. Why the Official is negleting the Village Connection. In village their earnings are very less, in this situation they are paying the Telephone Bill without working condition. It it too horible. It is Not only my problem, in our native several connection are in same problem.


                              Plese look in to this matter as seriously and solve the problem.

                              The work order was issued on 19.05.09 by Commercial officer (S) Coimbatore to Kurich Telephone Exchange. Inspite of several contacts/reminders, so far my connection was not executed.

                              For which, I have sent a compliant to PGM/ BSNL Coimbatore by REGISTERED POST on 17.06.2009.

                              So far no reply or activation of my landline.

                              It is very pathedic situation the connection was not resumed even after one month.

                              WORK ORDER REF: CB KRI 10960/2670008.

                              I face very much difficulty without Landline connection with broad band.

                              Kindly do the needful and expedite my landline connection.

                              My number is[protected]. I rigestered my complaint to BSNL office 10 to 15 days before but there is still no any reply from them. Whenever i call them fom the problem every time they said we will see it some time there is no answer from them.

                                I one of the customer of bsnl services want to state that, i applied for gprs activation in my prepaid connection([protected]) and it got activated but still not received the handset setting, iam using Nokia 6110 Navigator. It is more than 40 days and iam getting the same answer from the customer centre that as soon as we receive the setting we will forward u.

                                I also have the same problem regarding online payment of bsnl bill. Not only that, from the past ten days my net and landline is not working, and though i have registered a complaint, there is no response yet. I really feel its better to go for other services rather then depending on bsnl jst because it is economical. My landline number is 24001129. If any bsnl official sees this, i request them to atleast respond as a matter of courtesy.

                                  The connection to landline phone no[protected] is frequently interrupted. The complaint is rarely attended. The phone connection is restored automatically but is snapped again. The phone is useless for about 10- 15 days per month since last 4 months but the rental charges have to be paid in full.
                                  we paid the bill but phone is not activated we also given the number to account officer but no responce why my number is[protected]
                                  Our residence is at
                                  Murtaza Manzil, Opp. Jangam Akhada,
                                  Kumbharpura, Kailash Talkies Road,
                                  Budhwari, Nagpur.

                                  We are unable to attend any mobile at our home because it is giving us message out of coverage area.
                                  We are trying for landline connection from last 6 months, instead we received wireless connection
                                  the No. is 2020949, which is also giving us out of coverage area message, we have already redeposited it to the BSNL office, we are informed that as their is no place empty in the box sothat you can't get it.
                                  My request is please make a landline telephone connection available to us with the internet facility.

                                    I have a landline provided by BSNL, unfortunately I also have a Data One Broadband service. For the last four months my internet connection gets dropped immediately after connecting. The DSL led goes off and comes back, I try to connect back, it is either phone line busy that is shown or a connection established only to get disconnected in the next few seconds.
                                    I have been trying to get this rectified and I have atleast 10-20 complaints registered some of them that I can recollect, 67424, 67758, 62358, 2588. I have one registered even yesterday.

                                    I contacted the JTO Mr, Amarnath in gandhinagar and initially he said this is a problem with the so called server. I then contacted Mr. Narsaih (I guess from Lakdi-ka-pul) who promised some action but none done. I spoke to Mr. Ravinder in Mushirabad exchange (Responds good to the calls), he inspected the line and informed me that the phone line to my apartment is very bad. This is communicated to the JTO in gandhinagar 2 months back, no action yet. Mr.Suresh in the JTO office in gandhinagar agrees that the line is bad, Mr.Swamy promised this will be corrected. No use.

                                    I pay around 750 per month for this no service that I use. I need to get the entire amount paid, refunded to me if this service continues.

                                    Can some one responsible and accountable in BSNL, if there is any, please act on this. It is really frustrating when people sit on complaints for months together. If this cannot be done, please let me know of that so that I can switch over to some other broadband connection.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am your coustmer from last 11 years but now I am facing major problem in both the telephone and broadband connection breaking and connecting within 1minute of time is started from last month onwards. But complaining to your concerned department at Deshambimani, Kaloor they always saying that because of the usual earth problem in your place it is working like this. Can you possible to correct it or not because my job is related to internet, if problem is continuing I want to shift to another company’s connection.                                       Similar case now I am facing for all out going mails. But as instructed at bounced mail to contact <[protected]@bsnl.in>, each time contacted but failed as these mails also bounced back. It is not understood how to get rid of / what has to be done. It is also not understood for "System failure" who is responsible. Unless a clear cut instructions are circulated troubles are likely to contnue which is not desireable at least for a country demands 1st in advanced IT system.
                                      I dont know why towers are week in cities also.there is no message card offers like other network, it shouid establish standard schemes to dominate others.otherwise it is the number one

                                        BSNL is providing a telephone connection in India and giving poor response if we rise any complaints against our home telephone. BSNL is supposed to give service to public if any problem or mistakes in their side. Instead of giving service, BSNL provides bad reply and poor response. How public will support BSNL government organization. Hence public will supporting private sector who provides telephone service and good response for public.
                                        In velachery BSNL office, Staff's is not working for people and they are not ready to rectify if complaits rise. They will come and physically sit in office and go home.
                                        When BSNL will rectify their faults?

                                        My BSNL Landline phone number is 22591740 and is dead since 10th Sept, 2012. The complaint number is [protected], dated 18th Sept'12.
                                        Repeated request for repair has not resulted any action and the phone is still dead.
                                        The velachery bsnl is the worst amongst any other service in the city. The line men expect us to pay something everytime they attend a fault and are most of the times rude to customers. They dont realise they are in the service sector . No wonder people are switching on to private lines.
