the broad band slow some times not connected
BSNL broadband is very costly compared to the rest of india and very very very very bad .. cannot stress how bad it is. They have no helpline and also it takes them more than 1 week after submission of complain to come and take a look, fixing is not guaranteed. and also it tends to timeout whenever there's rainfall or when's its windy.
