BSNL Broadband — telephone dead

My telephone nuber is 25273986.
Last week BSNL people installed a new connection int he same building as mine. They have messed up the connections and now my telephone is dead for a week. I have been trying to lodge complain by all possible means but with no response.

Last 4 days my BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING...

i have complained many times but no any person has come here.

BSNL Broadband — service disturbance

from last 2-3 months many users of bsnl broadband are not able to access many sites which are actually upto date and working. these sites (yahoo.com, microsoft.com, youtube.com) are mot opening on bsnl broadband.

I am working in RAMA PULP AND PAPERS LTD. Since last 2 weeks our telephone no. 2424885 and 2430880 is is not working . My broad band is connected with this number 2424885.

Kindly request you, please start the my telephohne as soon as continue.

My Landlineno.[protected], since last four weeks it is not working we have lanched the complaint for three times there is no reply nothing, our compalintno.586. Please take further action on this complaint.

I cant enter into the usage details page...It said that invalid userid & password but its given by BSNL...

Broad Band Service of no. 24079950 is dead for long.
Complaint made to local Parnasree Pally Tel Exchange.
Contacted Service No.[protected]. The No.(i.e.[protected] is not registered as per the announcement.
On line complaint booking service shows 'System out of order' repeatedly.

With due respect I have to say that I have BB Home UL 499/- plan with student.discount. I have not applied for Home 500/- Plan, but it has been activated and charged regularly from AUGUST 2010 till now & I did not understands your Broadband Services. Which process I solv this ''Over Billing'' problms??? I have registration in this side but, I did not better fill effect in this side. So, kindly help me. Did you help me?

It's not a first time, It's more then 10 time I knock you & your B.S.N.L. all of Local District &State level officers or office. But, My problems did not solv.

BSNL broandband sevices very poor.Unable to see Broadband usage units every month online. Poor responses on complaints. Rude behaviour with customers at enquiry counters.Improper or half information provided regarding plans and other enquires.
