BSNL — my telephone is out of order

respected sir,
my land no 22709503 is out of order from since last 7 (seven days ) and i have booked a complaint vide my docket no. y013, and my wife is patient and in the circumtance i need my land line in working condition to contact the doctor.but till date no action has been taken from their end.

Dear sir,
My landline phone is been dead since 10 days. I had registered a complaint on automatic complaint booking number, but since then no action has been taken. Neither any reason has been communicated for why it has been delayed.
So please help me in this matter. I am falling under vatva telephone exchange.

BSNL — BSNL PHONE OUT OF ORDER

BSNL PHONE NO 26722931 DEAD FROM 3-4 DAYS.NONE OF THEM HAVE TURNED UP INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS.PLS LOOK INTO IT

my land no 24484851 is out of order from since june 1 2008 and i have booked a complaint and i need my land line in working condition .but till date no action has been taken from their end

BSNL — Phone is out of order

my phone no .[protected] is out of order from last 15 days.As i launched the complaint daily on phone but still no response.

My BSNL landline with telephone number[protected] is not working since yesterday. There is no dial tone nor the instrument rings when calling. I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at the earliest.

My land line No[protected] is not working for the last 2 months and i have booked a compliant (Compliant No.[protected] but no action is taken from customer service and we tried 24829522 everyday they are telling they will clear the problem. but no one come yet. it is cable and telephone insturment problem. kindly send service person to solve our problem

BSNL customer care is very bad...May be due to they r not a private company...if we log complaints there is not have any responce fom ther side

my residence telephone number 25890808 is dead since 25.02.2009 without any known reasons-the line man visited on sunday to install another phone at house of neighbour Mr ghanshyam Kapse at B-5 chhotakaka Park told that the there is cable fault at exchange level needs replacement and will be done soon.


It is sad note that it takes over one month to even learn the genuine reason for phone being dead.


I plead pray and request to solve this without any further delay

my phone 27630495 went dead 15 days back and rectified after three days.Again it is dead since yesterday .Iam not able to lodge a complaint from other landline or mobile phones viz Tata indicom or reliance etc.

LAND TELEPHONE UNDER BSNL KOLLAM[protected]

I am working in qatar .I am a resident of Kadamancode coming under Bharathi puram .Our landphone in the name of my wife Shobana kumari[protected] has been out of order since 3 weeks. Inspite of lodging repeated complaints at Bharathi puram exchange and our main exchange in kollam & also at complaint number 197 no action has been taken till now.In the past our telephone has become out of order several times.i cant avoid to contact daily bcz my wife is illness and her father and mother are old, my daughter aslo studing in out of state, she also needs to call to home, .So kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

The BSNL land no.in my mothers name is not working from 16th of sep.2009 onwards.I have registered a complaint through Telephone Fault Booking Services on 21st of sep 2009.But till date not any action taken from BSNL.Rectify the complaint and give the compensation.
