[Resolved]  BSNL — PHONE OUT OF ORDER

PHONE OUT OF ORDER
The BSNL land no.in my fathers name is not working from 14th October onwards.I have registered four complaints through Telephone Falt Booking Services ( IVR and manual) at 198 and 197 numbers.But till date not any action taken from BSNL.This is very annoying. we are not able to make important calls. Rectify the complaint as soon as possible and give the compensation.

This is to inform you that since last 2 month, our telephone (2401492,Nallasopara) is out of service & after repeated complaint logging, still is not attended. since last 2 weeks , I have ringed up several times to PGM office, but situation is same.

one engineer has came, said that some re-wiring has to be done but 20 days have been past, no solution provided or issue still unresolved

BSNL is having very pathetic service.

My BSNL landline with telephone number[protected] is not working since[protected]. There is no dial tone also the internet is not functioning.This is my second complaint . I would request the BSNL people to kindly attend this problem at the earliest .

My phone number is not SPARE by Kalyan Telecom exchange since more than 2 months.

Telephone landline — since last 2 months dial tone and instrument

my land line num 079.22681415 at my below given address, since last 2 month i make complaint, and from depertment no man visit or give service there is no dailtone nor incoming out going phone is working ,every times i have to spare time and make complaint, then also i request to do need ful and get good service

My Landline is out of order from yesterday evening. Landline Number is[protected]with broadband connection).

Kindly send the technician soon and rectify my problems.

Inspite of repeated complain, my bsnl land telephone 2481 9140 has been still lying out of order.

From August 2012 telephone was disturbing and not ringing (instrument problem) and now it is out of order from 10.10.2012.

[protected] dtd. 06.10.2012

Please look into this matter seriously and change the instrument for smooth ringing the ph.
