BSNL — mobile station

My BSNL Prepaid mobile number is[protected]. I am being charged Rs.19 on 5th of every month for mobile radio service, never subscribed by me. Every month I am getting message from 12630019 that my accoubnt is renewed. I have taken the help of customer service on mobile several times and I am given different procedure everytime for deactivation but none works. Please help me.

To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

Dear Sir,
I subscribed BSNL MUSIC STATION by mistaken. I want to unsubscribe this feasility, because of Rs. 7/per week has been deducted every week from my Mob. No. [protected]. Kindly register my complaint. I had tried to unscribe this, but not success. I never use this feasility.

once again, BSNL has proved that, they are careless organisation, without good customer care, they activated music station, and phone backup services without my concent and now not deactivating that even after calling more than 20 times,

my number is [protected] which is prepaid BSNL connection .there is some music station subscription activated on my mobile without my consent for which i am charged Rs7 every Friday,i tried my best to deactivate the service by following all the instructions provided by customer care number. please deactivate this subscription as soon as possible.
