i am a user of bsnl mobile no [protected]. few month ago i subscribed wap service"wap actress of the day"from bsnl gprs services.i got a message from 58888 to unsubcribe service they sent a url http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=743 but this url not open on my phone.so i can not unsubscribe this service i want to unsubscribe this wap service.i already sent you a complaint but you can not do any work on it.if this service is not unsubscribed on my number. it is necessary for me to go to consumer forum and change mobile service oprator. so please unsubscribe this wap service on my mobile.

I am also facing the same problem of deactivating message service of 58888. i have never opted this service but for the last 3 months they are charging the subscription of HOLLYWOOD SIZZLERS/DAILY BLESSINGS/BOLLYWOOD DIVA.i have complained to mtnl customer care also but no one is taking any step for deactivating. my mobile no. is [protected] of mtnl dolphin.i am making a complaint every month and i was told by dolphin staff that your service has been deactivated, but to my utter distress they are only charging me the amt.everymonth.y r requested to kindly look into the matter
