when ever i make a call to BSNL helpline then i feel very bad.

i can't change my dialer tone

1) please try to put the facility of copying others
subscribers dialer tone other than bsnl...
2) or please try to put all jain religions songs as it is in airtel...
please try to put these facilities and as fast as possible...

a caller tone get activated onmy phone widout any request...and my balance get cut..i havn't applied for that dialer tone..but it get on..what i do...???plz help me..

will u people please stop the unwanted incoming messages from ;59595, tm some name, ta somethuing.
These messages rare coming at mid-noon and mid-night.these messages were irritating us.
so, please try to stop these messages.

Resp sir(bsnl), for a long time i am trying to dissconnect my hello tune, previous month i talked with the person who is working in ur concern (customer care) ... then SHE told me how to disconnect, by the same procedure i too deactivate my hello tune FOR that they charged Rs 2 and the next day then taken Rs 25+12 (without my knowledge) hw is it possible, , , , mobile number [protected] so please take step to deactivate my dialer tune without taking any charge ... its my humble request...

as i am using the bsnl corporate connection, i got a msg from u as download the hellotune free.then i have subscribed to the hello tune and every mnth u people are charging 20+12 rupees.Kindly give me a replay how to change or unsubscribe from this facility provided by. As i am always on roaming i dont want to continue with the same.Kindly do the needful.

I selected a dialer tone, When i selected the tune i got a message that Rs 12/- will bededucted for the Dialer Tune And Rs 25/- will be deducted monthly . Again every month Rs12/-be deducted dated 10th and 24th again deducted Rs.25/- in every month. DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE DOES THE AMOUNT 2 TIMES CUTTING TOTALY Rs.37/- WHEN I CONTACT THE HELPLINE NO I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD NOT GOT ANY INTIMATION ABOUT THE FREE SERVICE AND HENCE THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED AND THE ONLY THING THEY COULD DO WSA TO SAY "SORRY".

i can not have a callertune as i wish. one cannt even search it on net. i want the song ZINDA REHTI HAIN UNKI MOHABBATEIN as my callertune on my personal no. [protected].please help and reply soon. i m waiting. thanks.

To be honest BSNL cal centre are the most disgusting, illiterate and i think they are just chosen from nowere.They juat cnt explain the simplest thing and if they do the thing doesnt works properly.For past four days i 've been asking those emplyees how or whats the procedure to get a pre chosen caller tune, one of the fella from from cal centre asked me to just press the very first 4 letter of the song and you will get all the codes but i told him, with just mere four forst words of the song might not help but he never listened to me so i sai ok, lemme try and till date i 've been trying, , , and if my sayings eally concerns you(BSNL Department) then kindly guide how will i get this song TU MANE BHAGWAN EK VARDAAN AAPI DE(Gujarati Song) and set it as my caller tune..will be highly apprecaited..Thanking you..one of your a decade old BSNL user..
