BSNL — FAKE CHARGES ON USING WEB ON MOBILE

I have a pre-paid sim of BSNL.I have been using the sim from 4 years.But the web service was enabled last year.Whenever the web is used, only a small amount of balance is deducted(may be 10-25 paisa per page).But sometimes i came to know that my balance is deducted in bulk(60-80 rupees a time).I wondered but i did not paid much heed.But this time on[protected] at around 8.30 pm I used the web service only for a short period of 5 minutes.On checking the balance I found that 225 rupees have been deducted from my pre-paid balance account.I even have not downloaded anything from the web.When I complained this to "Customer Care" (who never cares their customers actually), they said that nothing can be done related to my complaint.I explained them that i have not downloaded any matrial and have used web service only for 5 minutes.But they said whatever you want to do you can do but we cannot do anything in relation to your balance.Such a big public sector company and such an irresponsible work.Who can trust BSNL now.I want justice in any case.

home 2222 plus — new connection (broadband

i have ordered for the home 2222 plus plan, ( form no ML0007509 its in the name of mr.Hemant )
till now i am facing lots of problem from aritel people.. when every i call them they dont pick my call.. and they give me some other reason ... and today i spoke to mr narayan from mangalore office bejai..no.[protected] he promised me tht ill get the connection today evening with out fail. and when i call him.. at 5.30pm some one else pick the call and he says he is off today has not come to office .. where i have spoken to him in the afternoon... Before taking the connection i have asked aritel people can i get the connection to my flat and they said YES! after tht i shifted to tht place ... i dont understand wht happning .. they are not responding to me .plz do the needful for me as soon as possible befor i take some action... (and i am the old customer of airtel )

On 29th Sep 08, two guys came to my room and introduced themself as BSNL broadband internet agents. They had BSNL ID card, multi color printed BSNL advertisement paper, application form and BSNL bill also. For my sake I had applied for USB internet broadband connection. I paid 3500 Rs, copy of my house rental agreement & one photo to them.
After this incident there is no response from their side. Their mobile phones are always swithched off or out of range whenever I tried to call. Sometimes one mobile will ring but nobody pickup the phone.

I found same kind of cases on internet at different locations of bangalore.
Please do the necessary to find these people.

the same guy also cheated me. I paid 1000 Rs for getting a broadband and landline. he has also cheated many people in bangalore. he doesn't pick my call.

The Same person cheated me and my friends with 10, 000 rupees we all paid near about 2500 and 1500 each, BSNL and the Police has to do some thing with this.

BSNL Please react for this.

Many people got cheated by this guy on 14/2/2009 (Saturday), the guy gave his contact number [protected] (Airtel number!), in the area Lakshmi layout, mico layout etc in Arakere BG Road. do the necessary to find these people.

Please take necessary action before they cheat many more innocent civilians in Bangalore.

this mother fuker has attempted to rape a woman in JP Nagar 6th phase. Be careful with this mother fuker!.

We shall apply for internet connection or any only by visiting the nearest outlet or getting the person only from the office.
Even if the person holds any kind of identity, better provide only crossed (A/c Payee) cheques instead of cash. This way we can limit these kind of frauds.

BSNL mobile Top up card — Fake card issued

i got a BSNL top card from Bag retail shop exactly opposite to Avadi railway station.

When i scratched the card it didnt recharge as it said voucher is already used.

Beware people are issuing fake top up card.

BSNL calling card — Fake calling card

We purchased the BSNL STD calling card worth 200/- from a near by mobile store, but it does not work. It says it does not balance amount. The card is new and the number was not scratched.
We also, raised a complaint to BSNL office but, no action has been taken yet. Even, the mobile store owner is not taking up any responsibility.

Please suggest something in taking up actions ASAP. Also, tell me what is the method of raising this in consumer court.

BSNL — Fraud Agent

Yesterday(20-Dec-09), a guy named Raju ,claiming to be a BSNL agent came to our flat to canvas about the new Christmas offer on their broadband, with a lot of great facilities and waivers. We drilled him a lot with regards to the details of the offer. He answered them really well. We were very convinced that it is a genuine offer and paid him a deposit of Rs3000/- of which he said Rs.2500/- is refundable anytime we discontinue the service. He had a genuine looking ID card, application form and receipt book of BSNL .He gave us a number of [protected]and said today evening he shall install the connection. But today when we tried to call this number, it was switched off. The irony struck us only when we realized his mobile connection is an Airtel one. Then I googled and found the below link which clearly states that we were conned.

Same happened to me on 14th January 2010. He took 2500 against two bills from BSNL and promised to do the broadband installation on the same day. When there was no response from his side I tried to contact his number [protected] and I got switched off message all the time. He is dark, thin, tall and wears glass. He said he stays at CV Ramannagar. Can all o[censored]s together file a complaint and so please contact me.

Guys pls contact BSNL vigilance DGM, Mr. Babauraj to raise your complaints. The same guy cheated me on Feb 1st at CV Raman nagar.

Guys, first of all you have to do a police complain, this is a case of 420!! and attempted rape is under section123, 132!! etc..

You have to lodge a FIR.. than only things will move. Doing something on internet is not gonna move... I have personally registered the complain in one case and got the response from police.. and a satisfactory result..

He is free as there is no complain or case registered against him!! grow up and act urselves dont wait for BSNL to do something. It is your money not BSNL's ..

This guy cheated me in Laxmi layout munekolala bangalore .I paid 1000 RS to those cheaters.
Let me know if we can launch a GROUP complaints again those cheaters so that future problem may be avoided.

BSNL shoppe — poor response and fraud
