There are week network in P block Sriganganagar, I have requested to GM BSNL Sriganganagar on 11-09-08 vide recipt No. GMTD 128 /11-09-08, & reminded on 26-09-08.
I am residing at 129 P. Block Sri Ganganagar . where non of the 3 available Towers viz . Bus Stand, Vinoba Basti & Gangaur are able to transmit so strong Net work for Mobile Communication in Side my House. I Have to go in the street to use my mobile set this problem is not only for me but it is for all mobile user in this street.
Hence your good self is requested to please arrange to increased range of these Tower or by any other way to getting sufficient Network for mobile system.

SIR TODAY I GOT A BILL OF RUPPY 1033/-. THAN I SHOKED BECAUSE WHEN I PURCHED EVDO THE DIPARTMENT SAID ME THAT 250/- RUPPY CHARGED FOR ONE MONTH UNLIMTED UP AND DOWN LOAD...SIR IN BILL I CANNOT ASTIMATE THE BILLING SISTEM..

    Hi,

    I am a BSNL Broadband customer. I had BSNL connection at Mathikera Bangalore address.Recently i shifted my house closer to my office. I submitted my telephone shifting request well in advance so that connection will be ready by the time i will move to new house in Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore.

    Now I already shifted to a new house in Ramamurthy Nagar Bangalore. I raised a request to shift my phone & broadband connection to my new address on 16th Sept 2008. Officers assured me that it will not take more then 2 weeks to shift this connection. My OB number is 75111809. Now it is more then a month. I can’t see any thing is happening in this regard. Daily i am calling Ramamurthy Nagar BSNL telephone exchange but no one is picking the phone.
    I got bunch of customer care numbers to speak but no one is picking the phone.

    I tried to reach couple of people to raise my concern but the result is none.
    I tried to reach Mr. Babu Division Engg on his mobile number i.e. [protected] but he is also not picking up the phone.
    Later I tried to speak Mrs. Nilima Area Manager on 25422000 / 25427000 but her secretary not allowing me to speak to her & asking me to call them tomorrow every time I call these two numbers.

    We are outsiders with small family. Most of my business is based on internet connection. Now I am helpless. I can’t work late night because there is no connection at home. It is impacting my communication to my customer.

    My personal experience with BSNL is very bad. I will shout with my open mouth that BSNL is another name of worst support, worst services, worst communication, and worst customer care. It is my personal advice not to go for BSNL. It is best to go for private operators. Their services are far better then BSNL & they are well aware of technical issues.

    BSNL Customer Service is equally pathetic and hopeless...No one is there to attend your calls...I lost my handset and was trying to call up to get my lines barred. But either no one answers the call or the call gets disconnected due to poor network connectivity. I tried d entire day but couldnt get the sim blocked
    I go bsnl office mp nagar branch 3.45 for payment my sir's mobile bill. this time worker are not present office after some time at 4 pm worker is coming and tell me bill payment time is off you go now.

    I would like to share my problem which is facing from long time.

    I N.p goyal 389 palhar nagar aero dram road Indore . I had complained many time to Customer service but he told me they will contact within 24 hours and when I had discussed Mr.Tolani (SDOT BSNL on his contact No.[protected]) regarding complain also but he is not responding and not picky my phone for receive complain when I ask him why you pick my phone so he told me that we are receiving many complain that is why we are not receive your complain when I said I will complain for you so he told me that if you have problem you can direct complain for me to GM.



    I am a BSNL subscriber from last 20 years but I am totally unsatisfied with this company because of the poor services. I never get any respond from this company and I request you to please concentrate on my problem as soon as possible.





    That I could able to get service from some another Pvt co who, I think take care of their customers.
    Please take first action, this is my land line number ([protected]), otherwise I will go to consumer court.



    Sir we need your kind support and Pl look into mater to resolve this problem.

      I am a BSNL Landline & BroadBand Customer.

      My Landline No. is 22630578.

      I would like to share my HORRIBLE experience with BSNL Service.

      My broadband connection is not working properly for the past 15 days.

      My connection is getting disconnected every two minutes frequently.

      I am not able to download any documents or check email for the past 20 days.

      I went to Pozhichalur telephone exchange in person and registered a complaint. Till today no action was taken in this regard.

      Since I am using the BSNL landline only for Broadband purpose, I am paying every month bill amount without enjoying the internet facility fully.

      I believed that BSNL will provide better service when compare to other Internet service providers in the market.

      But, now I found that BSNL is a worst service provider when compare to other ISPs in the market.

      Without providing a good service and not bother about the customer care, every month BSNL is sending Bill very promptly and I am paying the same without fail.

      If this continues, I will be forced to surrender my connection and advise my friends and colleagues also to not to go for BSNL BroadBand.

      BSNL Broadband — Broadband not working from past 15 days

      My telephone no is[protected] Cambridge layout bangalore from past 15 days we are not able to acess broadband I had given complaint to BSNL People but they are not responding I am going to BSNL office so many times but they are not responding any thing

        I had taken post paid mobile [protected] from hyderabad in Sep08.
        I had lodged complain with cust care to activate national roaming vide J[protected]. So far national roaming has not been activated. Please activate the national roaming immediately.
        My bsnl post paid mob no [protected] does not have national roaming activated as yet, inspite of various complaints. req activate national roaming immidiately.

          My complaint no is J[protected] on 19 october, 2008. When I tried to know about complaint progress then I was given information very rudly and unrespectfully and attendent of customer care was Miss Rdkha Ji .
          after going in exchange office, no complaint no is issued.online complaint is not done and repeatedly shows time out.all network is rubbish, but at near pvt operators doing well, because bsnl employees take bribes from pvt companies and doing bad network and tower management.
          dist-ghazipur vil-gahmar, bsnl tower is installed in 2003-04, but never done well, because the operator is same, no transfer is done, he is so liable to bsnl that he never starts generator of tower.and diesel is drunk by him on paper regularly .immediate bosses are obliged by drinking diesel.in village gahmar, , power supply is only eight hours, rest of hours are powerless and mobile tower gen set never starts by "'kripa"of operator and another bosses of bsnl.this resulted eight towers of private companies has been installed in gahmar only and increasing their customers on the price of bsnl customers.it the matter of high level inquiry and punishments

            Due to some unavoidable reason I am unable to continue my broadband connention

            my name is somanath, i have got a bsnl broadband service on 18th feb 2010. since the broadband installation, the speed of broadband is very very slow(i.e., 20 kb per second).i have opted to Rs.750/- plus plan.inspite of several complaints to bsnl office, they donot bother to solve the problem yet.
            hence i am forced to disconnect the service right now.please disconnect my broadband service immediately.
            Worst service, they create more and more problems and sufferings for their customers like other government institutes, they are expert only in one thing -they know how to do strike and get more money by cheating common people by their advertisements. if once someone ought in their grip it is very difficult save himself from their torture. dirty peoples.i am writing this truth from my own experinces of years . in this country all government employees trained to behave with general people like their slave robing their basic rights.bsnl is not exception. My experiences is with calcutta bsnl.
            I apply to Chang my broadband plan from home 500 to home ul 750+yearly as my last plan, they done this after many time reminder, but done it monthly without adjusting my rupees which i paid for last yearly plan .after again and again reminder and visit from one officer to another there is no one to solve my problem created by them, it is very painful experience to visit different officers and different places like their hare street, central avenue and bentik street offices and west time and money.there is no one responsible person to attend customers who are coming from long distance wresting their money and time, actually here is no need to call customers they can get all information on their computer and if necessary by phone, but they don't do this because it will not satisfy their ego, they feel happy when they see how many peoples are waiting in long lines for them, at present they sending me bill every month Rs- 8500 (app.) including late fee and other charges from one year and this year they double the amount Rs-16500(app) I don't know what to do, they disconnect my broadband line after 15 days for no payment, but sending bills for what? in fact my Rupees near about Rs 5000% Is due in them .Please someone help me and suggest me how i can save me from their painful grip,

                  850re intially at the time of installation.
                  i got the bill in the bill in the month of august of rs 2only i paid
                  it and again in the month of september got
                  bill of rs 1519 i also paid it.
                  in this month of october i got the billof rs 500only
                  when i got the detail the told me that
                  199rs for broadband
                  60rs for modem
                  and 166rs of installation charge for each month [in first 6 bill}.
                  sir i wanna know that the 166rs instalment charge is for what.

                    sir i have excel-ananth plan(life time validity)i have regularly recharging my mobile number [protected] recently 15 days back i have recharged for 125/rs for every six moth we have to charged rs 225/ and above coupons this system of bsnl is very bad it is not for public utility only to make profid suppose on that day i was in rural areea where we cant get it the service was also banned and rs 68 rs i have has also goned expired suppose we go to recharge on next day it will not taking to account for that i have go to bsnl office with regards to this then also we have debited rs 100/ on my account totally rs 168/ rs gone and for 2 days no incoming also banned it is emergency situation this type of bsnl(government sector)very much worst the private sector is very much beter like airtel there is no such circumtances to recharge regulary with minimum of 225/- normal people cannot afford it .sine we have land line connection also with bsnl pls make some change in this system .

                    Hi sir! I am a bsnl customer and my mobile number is [protected]. On 10/01/2009, i noticed that 20 paises have been deducted from my Balance. it's not first time, but I have faced this problem 3 more times in past days. When I called to customer care executive (2.44 pm, 10/01/2009), then he said that it's because I received a delivery report. I have never heard of any balance deduction because of delivery report. Then he disconnected the phone.
                    It's not the mater of 20 paises, but it's the mater that it was deducted for nothing. It's the mater the way customer care executive talked to me. Please look in my mater. Thanks.

                    I am using GPRS at my mobile no. [protected]. I have loaded monthly card of GPRS free for 30 days but during the month when card was active Rs 110/- deducted from my balance. I have already lodged the complaint at cusomer care([protected]) on[protected] & they have given me complaint no.[protected] & assure me to resolve within 324 hours but nothing happend so i again lodged the same complaint on[protected] with complaint no. C[protected] & again assure me to refund my money within 24 hours but no action taken from their side upto this date.

                      when i log in to BSNLbbservices to find out about my usage, i type in my user id and password but the answer i get is "FORBIDDEN" please guide me properly so that i can acces my usage.

                      BSNL Broadband — Unable to access account usage Internet

                      i cannot view my account usage since ive taken the triband connection.
                      its that always the bill goes more than my free downloads n i cant help it...
                      i hope i could get some help over it

                      iam consumer of bsnl broad band homeplan 250 connection i can not access my usage from bsnl site
                      when i entered my user id & password it can not tell the usage
                      bsnl sites are not opening so i cant check the usage

                      Im also facing the same problem. my connection cant access the bsnl websites. The remedy to it was to change the type of my connection to Bridged instead of PPPoE. This requires configuration of your modem. This worked for me but i donno to how much extent it works for u.
                      When I log onto bbservice.bsnl.in to know the usage details of the broadband, a page opened shows "internal service error" and I am unable to access the usage details.this problem is continuing for the last 7 days. Pl. do the needful at the earliest.

                        I had called on [protected] on 03/4/09 at 10:37 AM to enquire about the excel power plan. I talked to person named DILIP.I wanted to change the numbers I had provided for the excel power plan. He asked me since when I am having the connection, as I didnot remember the date so I told him it has been about a month or so may be 20 day, while I was telling this he fired very rudely at me saying why you are not telling me since when are you having the connection.I was taken aback as I had already told him the answer. I asked him why are you talking so rudely he said you are not telling the time duration and telling me that I am talking rudely. then I asked me I wanted to talk to the supervisor he did not let me talk to him. and also I was unable to dial the customer care number which I earlier dialed, i was getting the message that this number doesnot exist.then I called on 1503 and I talked to AJAY even he didnot transfer me to the supervisor. then again I called and talked to Priyanka at 10:48am even she was adament that I tell her what the problem is only then she can allow me to talk to the supervisor. I told her that as I am goingto complain in writing and will include your name also and I am recording the conversation she suddenly was very polite and let me speak to the supervisor Sunaina. the supervisor said that action will be taken against the person.
                        All said and done the customer care executive was very rude to me and other executives were no less. this is not the way to talk to any customer. whatever are the problems of these executive, overworked or whatever this doesnot justify their rude behaviour.they rudely say you dowhatever you want. I want that some action should be taken so that this person and no other person talks rudely to customers. even if they donot provide the service but talk politely the customer doesnot feel ofended and keeps patients. I have not only upset mind but also wasted one hour o[censored]sefultime which I couldhave given to my patients in the hospital.

                            BSNL Broandband internet — Broadband(internet) not working

                            Hi,
                            I am parthasarathy and i have landline telephone(bSNL) for the past 12+ years. As a valued constumer i have applied for Broandband connection around 8 months back.From the beginning after getting the connection, the internet is not working properly. The connection will get disconnected every 15-20 minutes. I have raised complainents so many times, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 3 months since i raised the complaint, but still it it is pending. As per process. the complaint would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. Its a shame that the conncectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.Till now i have contacted JTO, SDE, DE, DGM and i have spoken with evryone, but the response is not good. Due to this internet connection problem, i got vexed and i have lost my peace. For this improper response from BSNL, i have taken a decision that not paying this month telephone bill ( Jan 209) and i need compensation for this problem.

                            So i have decided to move this issue to Consumer court and Media to solve this issue and to act immediate.

                              As for last 3 months i am facing link failure problem...this problem comes mostly in night and afternoon time, , , , though i have given personel complain at our local bsnl exchange office and also to customer care 1500 toll free no, , , , , still my problem not resolved...please sort out this as my son is staying out of india and mostly video conferencing i do in night and due to link problem i have to walk out to cyber cafe for such...do the necessary or i will surrender as this is my last try and if necessary will knock the telephone adalat door for help...hope in for quick response...MY landline no...[protected]

                                1.Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows.
                                1) Open http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).
                                IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try http://bsnl.co.in/
                                2) Enter you dataone username and password.
                                3) Click on "Service Records" link.
                                4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
                                5) Click 'OK'
                                6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.

                                I have took a Broadband connection from you. BB Connection no. is 25802616 and the same BB till now i am not able to open my any Web Page. Many times i have asked your toll free no. but very next day of my docket, one person called me at my residence tel no. and he has asked what is the problem and my family member wants to talk with him for problem but he replied on every time ok i will see .                                   I'm a victim of BSNL bad customer service. I have a problem with the net connection for BSNL BroadBand.I have given the complaint in phone as well as in person.

                                  But the lineman keeps calling up tiem and gaian just to verify if I am getting the conenction, adding fuel to fire. The response on phone is also very bad. For past one month I'm unable to use the net because of this problem and still no body is coming to rectify the problem.

                                  Will the concerned authorities look into this matter and take stern action?

                                    My telephone no[protected], my broadband connection was from 29/12/2007(18:58:46)under BSNL Dataone home paln 250 (1GB free downloading & uploading)on the the basis of annual subscription of RS-/2500.Now in the month of Agusust I have applied for BSNL Home Combo Plan 500 (change from 250 to 500c)annualy. According to BSNL tarrif(http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm#combo%20home)500 c gives 1.5 GB free downloading and uploading and night limit free (2-8 AM)in month. So BSNL changed thier plan for my telephone on 26/09/08(19:54:03). Thier customercare told me that they will adjust the amount with earlier paln. I started downloading from 26 sept at night(2-8 AM). So my downloading was 8.891Gb (Recieve 7.219 GB, Sent 1.672 GB.)and excluding night unlimited was 1.072 Gb according to their portal address of http://10.240.89.199. On 16 October they send a bill issuing "Broadband Usage Charges - Sep-08 = RS/- 7272.00". So pls tell me what can I do ...

                                    I am complaining for last four months about unexpected broadband bill issued to me together with WLL bill. A broadband connection is not possible with wll as on date, how you are issuing broadband bill together with WLL connection. My WLL no. is 290154 My earlier landline no was 256930 STD code is 06582 my consumer no. is 707420 . Pl correct the bill since september 2008. I prey you to correct the bills i am loosing a lot due to this, else I am force to go to consumer court .

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have got new BSNL's broad band /land line connection ( at Chennai) since last 3 months.
                                      While I have filled / provided the correct information with respect to flat no/door no, the same is not getting reflected in my bill, in-spite of my written complaint with i BSNL, Chenna.
                                      My consumer no: [protected] .Date of Installation 22/07/08.
                                      My phone no is: 28258400. type BB & category NYTGEN, class IDPVT.
                                      Since correct address reflected is the most important, considering the importance for address proof as well as getting the bills on time.
                                      The concerned office conveys that their record shows the adress the way I wanted to get reflect.But the bills that I receive does not gets reflected. Any internal communication with computer dept or bill printing dept must be instructed to do the needful.
                                      I am of the opinion, whether I should stop making the payment as a protest or surrender the phone connection due to BSNL negligence in taking action.

                                      Pl help for resolution.

                                      BSNL — Complaint not addressed

                                      I am a subscriber of BSNL (broadband) and my telephone number is[protected]. My broadband has not been working since a week and I have lodged complaint twice yet it is not being addressed (complaint #[protected] and complaint #[protected].
