As for last 3 months i am facing link failure problem...this problem comes mostly in night and afternoon time, , , , though i have given personel complain at our local bsnl exchange office and also to customer care 1500 toll free no, , , , , still my problem not resolved...please sort out this as my son is staying out of india and mostly video conferencing i do in night and due to link problem i have to walk out to cyber cafe for such...do the necessary or i will surrender as this is my last try and if necessary will knock the telephone adalat door for help...hope in for quick response...MY landline no...[protected]

Sir i m liven in City lehragaga Distt. Sagrur My Mobile No. is[protected]. i m using NOKA N73 set My mobile balance is last nigh Rs.115 My poblem is that in midnight my mobile auto dial International No. without any tuch and all balance is emty. How it possible. I think my mobile is hack plz help me regarding this problem
BSNL — money deducted from balance in Mobile
I am using GPRS at my mobile no. [protected]. I have loaded monthly card of GPRS free for 30 days but during the month when card was active Rs 110/- deducted from my balance. I have already lodged the complaint at cusomer care([protected]) on[protected] & they have given me complaint no.[protected] & assure me to resolve within 324 hours but nothing happend so i again lodged the same complaint on[protected] with complaint no. C[protected] & again assure me to refund my money within 24 hours but no action taken from their side upto this date.
