      matter:for billing of broadband
      sir my tlephone no:233711
      i am using bsnl broadband .sir i paid 1000rs security of telephone nad
      850re intially at the time of installation.
      i got the bill in the bill in the month of august of rs 2only i paid
      it and again in the month of september got
      bill of rs 1519 i also paid it.
      in this month of october i got the billof rs 500only
      when i got the detail the told me that
      199rs for broadband
      60rs for modem
      and 166rs of installation charge for each month [in first 6 bill}.
      sir i wanna know that the 166rs instalment charge is for what.

      addrees a/1300 indira nagar, lucknow i am always pay my bill time to time when bill receive in my address, but in some month i have no receive my bill in my address neeeeext mon i have got my bill but in bill detail no include previous bill then i pay my my bill payment according amount after some time bsnl diconnect my phone, but i pay my bill always on due date so i dicide withdraw my landline phone connection.

        my mob no is [protected] my complaint is when i do a missed call in saudi arabia at time per gulf call rate reduse am this complaint say ur customercare but very poor responds
        sir i have excel-ananth plan(life time validity)i have regularly recharging my mobile number [protected] recently 15 days back i have recharged for 125/rs for every six moth we have to charged rs 225/ and above coupons this system of bsnl is very bad it is not for public utility only to make profid suppose on that day i was in rural areea where we cant get it the service was also banned and rs 68 rs i have has also goned expired suppose we go to recharge on next day it will not taking to account for that i have go to bsnl office with regards to this then also we have debited rs 100/ on my account totally rs 168/ rs gone and for 2 days no incoming also banned it is emergency situation this type of bsnl(government sector)very much worst the private sector is very much beter like airtel there is no such circumtances to recharge regulary with minimum of 225/- normal people cannot afford it .sine we have land line connection also with bsnl pls make some change in this system .

        Hi sir! I am a bsnl customer and my mobile number is [protected]. On 10/01/2009, i noticed that 20 paises have been deducted from my Balance. it's not first time, but I have faced this problem 3 more times in past days. When I called to customer care executive (2.44 pm, 10/01/2009), then he said that it's because I received a delivery report. I have never heard of any balance deduction because of delivery report. Then he disconnected the phone.
        It's not the mater of 20 paises, but it's the mater that it was deducted for nothing. It's the mater the way customer care executive talked to me. Please look in my mater. Thanks.

        BSNL — money deducted from balance in Mobile

        I am using GPRS at my mobile no. [protected]. I have loaded monthly card of GPRS free for 30 days but during the month when card was active Rs 110/- deducted from my balance. I have already lodged the complaint at cusomer care([protected]) on[protected] & they have given me complaint no.[protected] & assure me to resolve within 324 hours but nothing happend so i again lodged the same complaint on[protected] with complaint no. C[protected] & again assure me to refund my money within 24 hours but no action taken from their side upto this date.

          when i log in to BSNLbbservices to find out about my usage, i type in my user id and password but the answer i get is "FORBIDDEN" please guide me properly so that i can acces my usage.

          BSNL Broadband — Unable to access account usage Internet

          i cannot view my account usage since ive taken the triband connection.
          its that always the bill goes more than my free downloads n i cant help it...
          i hope i could get some help over it

          BSNL Broadband — UNABLE TO ACCESS USAGE

          iam consumer of bsnl broad band homeplan 250 connection i can not access my usage from bsnl site
          when i entered my user id & password it can not tell the usage
          bsnl sites are not opening so i cant check the usage

          Im also facing the same problem. my connection cant access the bsnl websites. The remedy to it was to change the type of my connection to Bridged instead of PPPoE. This requires configuration of your modem. This worked for me but i donno to how much extent it works for u.
          When I log onto bbservice.bsnl.in to know the usage details of the broadband, a page opened shows "internal service error" and I am unable to access the usage details.this problem is continuing for the last 7 days. Pl. do the needful at the earliest.

            I had called on [protected] on 03/4/09 at 10:37 AM to enquire about the excel power plan. I talked to person named DILIP.I wanted to change the numbers I had provided for the excel power plan. He asked me since when I am having the connection, as I didnot remember the date so I told him it has been about a month or so may be 20 day, while I was telling this he fired very rudely at me saying why you are not telling me since when are you having the connection.I was taken aback as I had already told him the answer. I asked him why are you talking so rudely he said you are not telling the time duration and telling me that I am talking rudely. then I asked me I wanted to talk to the supervisor he did not let me talk to him. and also I was unable to dial the customer care number which I earlier dialed, i was getting the message that this number doesnot exist.then I called on 1503 and I talked to AJAY even he didnot transfer me to the supervisor. then again I called and talked to Priyanka at 10:48am even she was adament that I tell her what the problem is only then she can allow me to talk to the supervisor. I told her that as I am goingto complain in writing and will include your name also and I am recording the conversation she suddenly was very polite and let me speak to the supervisor Sunaina. the supervisor said that action will be taken against the person.
            All said and done the customer care executive was very rude to me and other executives were no less. this is not the way to talk to any customer. whatever are the problems of these executive, overworked or whatever this doesnot justify their rude behaviour.they rudely say you dowhatever you want. I want that some action should be taken so that this person and no other person talks rudely to customers. even if they donot provide the service but talk politely the customer doesnot feel ofended and keeps patients. I have not only upset mind but also wasted one hour o[censored]sefultime which I couldhave given to my patients in the hospital.

                BSNL Broandband internet — Broadband(internet) not working

                Hi,
                I am parthasarathy and i have landline telephone(bSNL) for the past 12+ years. As a valued constumer i have applied for Broandband connection around 8 months back.From the beginning after getting the connection, the internet is not working properly. The connection will get disconnected every 15-20 minutes. I have raised complainents so many times, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 3 months since i raised the complaint, but still it it is pending. As per process. the complaint would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. Its a shame that the conncectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.Till now i have contacted JTO, SDE, DE, DGM and i have spoken with evryone, but the response is not good. Due to this internet connection problem, i got vexed and i have lost my peace. For this improper response from BSNL, i have taken a decision that not paying this month telephone bill ( Jan 209) and i need compensation for this problem.

                So i have decided to move this issue to Consumer court and Media to solve this issue and to act immediate.

                My landline phone was dead more then 2 months due to payment problem. After discussion with
                you, I paid Rs.3300/-.for 3 months bill..As per your commitment you have to activate
                my landlline within 24 hours(after receipt of airtel payment).. Now when I called your people for
                reconnection their response is very poor.

                    Is not at all working nor even the web page of B.S.N.L is having any other alternative to check the usage Details after opening the page of B.S.N.L unit selecting the state and registering the complaint there is no option of Bangalore city given in it .nor the usage detail web page server is working Even after Trying these steps in

                    1.Your Dataone broadband usage can be checked as follows.
                    1) Open http://10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp in Internet Explorer ( Firefox not supported).
                    IF THE ABOVE LINK IS NOT WORKING, Please try http://bsnl.co.in/
                    2) Enter you dataone username and password.
                    3) Click on "Service Records" link.
                    4) Select the month for period you are checking the usage.
                    5) Click 'OK'
                    6) Value of 'Total Volume' is your total dataone usage of that particular month.

                    I have took a Broadband connection from you. BB Connection no. is 25802616 and the same BB till now i am not able to open my any Web Page. Many times i have asked your toll free no. but very next day of my docket, one person called me at my residence tel no. and he has asked what is the problem and my family member wants to talk with him for problem but he replied on every time ok i will see . But till now not solved my problem. Around 10 times i have done docket to your toll free no. and Mr. Asit Banerjee's No. has given who has installed my modem .                       I'm a victim of BSNL bad customer service. I have a problem with the net connection for BSNL BroadBand.I have given the complaint in phone as well as in person.

                      But the lineman keeps calling up tiem and gaian just to verify if I am getting the conenction, adding fuel to fire. The response on phone is also very bad. For past one month I'm unable to use the net because of this problem and still no body is coming to rectify the problem.

                      Will the concerned authorities look into this matter and take stern action?

                        My telephone no[protected], my broadband connection was from 29/12/2007(18:58:46)under BSNL Dataone home paln 250 (1GB free downloading & uploading)on the the basis of annual subscription of RS-/2500.Now in the month of Agusust I have applied for BSNL Home Combo Plan 500 (change from 250 to 500c)annualy. According to BSNL tarrif(http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/dataone_tariff.htm#combo%20home)500 c gives 1.5 GB free downloading and uploading and night limit free (2-8 AM)in month. So BSNL changed thier plan for my telephone on 26/09/08(19:54:03). Thier customercare told me that they will adjust the amount with earlier paln. I started downloading from 26 sept at night(2-8 AM). So my downloading was 8.891Gb (Recieve 7.219 GB, Sent 1.672 GB.)and excluding night unlimited was 1.072 Gb according to their portal address of http://10.240.89.199. On 16 October they send a bill issuing "Broadband Usage Charges - Sep-08 = RS/- 7272.00". So pls tell me what can I do ...

                          I have got new BSNL's broad band /land line connection ( at Chennai) since last 3 months.
                          While I have filled / provided the correct information with respect to flat no/door no, the same is not getting reflected in my bill, in-spite of my written complaint with i BSNL, Chenna.
                          My consumer no: [protected] .Date of Installation 22/07/08.
                          My phone no is: 28258400. type BB & category NYTGEN, class IDPVT.
                          Since correct address reflected is the most important, considering the importance for address proof as well as getting the bills on time.
                          The concerned office conveys that their record shows the adress the way I wanted to get reflect.But the bills that I receive does not gets reflected. Any internal communication with computer dept or bill printing dept must be instructed to do the needful.
                          I am of the opinion, whether I should stop making the payment as a protest or surrender the phone connection due to BSNL negligence in taking action.

                          Pl help for resolution.

                              I think the public sector like BSNL dept is not interested in growing, they are more interested to make prosper to their rivals / competitors. I have net connection of BSNL, since last more than 20 days (out of 60 days) my network is down & inspite of repetitive complaint, no body bothered for their duty. I dont understand that on what basis & why the brand ambasaddor of bsnl Priti Jinta made such rosy picture of this product. I have bad experince of BSNL net connection. A senior officer also told me to "either bear with us " for my problem "or you may shift over to anothe pvt network". This is the stand of our PSU sector.

                                My telephone number 2521713 is not working since last two months.I have visited virar (E) telephone exchange office too many times but yet not found any result.My phone is ringing while dialing to the above number.I think there is a cable trouble in my local area.The line man of my area is not respondig very well as I refuge to pay any more.Please note I will not pay the rent for last two months and if necessary action is not taken i will compell to write a disconnection letter.Today so many options are avalable in the market then why BSNL?

                                I got a letter from Katemanivali exchange, Kalyan(e), regarding the change of telephone w.e.f 1sept '09, my old no was 2331443, and the new no was suppose to be2364443. But the no which i got now is 2364429, and my out going is also stopped saying that non payment of bill, but i have paid all my bills. i have given a complaint at katmanivali exchange on 14th sep, 15th also but there was no change. Please do the need full as soon as possible.
                                Our landline no. 2321069 is not working for the past 1 month. Earlier we faced the same problem but after repeated complaints, it was rectified. We request yout to take this complaint seriously and set right the connection once for all. Otherwise we have no option but to surrender the connection.

                                Also please note, though our telephone is not working for more than a month we received bill amout of Rs. 900/- which is rediculus.

                                Please look into the matter on top priority.

                                I have applied for broadband conection vide registration no. 2036 dt. 6.7.2009 at BSNL Kalyan, Kala Talav My landline telephone no. 2360089. Even after nearly 4 month after application there is no information regarding connection. Repeated enquiries with concerned officials did not give any positive result.

                                In this time of competition BSNL is taking so long for a broadband connection which is astonishing.

                                Will concernned officials look into the matter and do the needful.

                                We are writing herewith to raise our extreme customer concern on issuing broadband connectivity by BSNL. We have taken the BSNL Connection for telephone and broadband vide our application no. 5693963, Registration no. TTWL00047. The application was submitted in mid of October and the work order for issuing the connection was raised on 22nd October 2009 vide Work Order No. 689. The telephone connection was installed at our residence in November 1st week. However, the internet connectivity was not installed and we were told that due to non availability of connectivity space in BSNL this will take some time. We have visited your Kalyan office and contact Mr. Rajeev and Mr. Thandave (tel. no.[protected] number of times in last 4 months checking for the same, but not getting satisfactory response. Every time we get the same reply that connectivity is not available.



                                We are surprised to see the number of advertisement and banners of BSNL about connections in 48 hrs., fast response and customer satisfactions ratio. We are payment monthly bill of 300/- for not using the line.



                                You would appreciate that in today’s word internet is major source of information and communication. We had disconnected our existing connection from Reliance and switched over to BSNL being national company and commitment given by them, now we are repenting. You are requested to please get our connectivity installed and reverse the billing amount as we are not able to utilize the services for last 4 months. Unable to do so will lead us to go for the Consumer Forum to get our complain resolve.



                                Your valuable time and efforts to get our connection uploaded on priority and billing reversed will be highly appreciate. We feel BSNL will fulfill their commitment and give their customer pleasure of being connected with them!

I have registered complaint on BSNL toll free number 198, and met personally in department office MIDC Tarapur with concern person (Mr. Kadam and Deshpande) six to seven times, but still my phone line is dead. non of the action is taken by BSNL.
                                Is it is so slow work in today’s fast moving world. We accept that Govt department work slow but here is no work?. To whom should I approach to get the thing done? Or there is no solution other than taking out (terminate) the connection.

                                There is some problem because of which internet is not working for last fifteen days. I have lodge many complaints with the department but the problem has not been rectified. Hence BSNL stand for Bhai Sahab Nahee Lagega seems to be right, if this is the attitude of the department.

                                this is to inform you that I took a new connection & broadband modem from bsnl department. After some time broadband & phone instrument stopped working. I lodged complaind but no body took action for around 1 & half month. after that I got the connection disconnected. After few days a lineman named Gajraj singh came to my home & took the phone instrument & broadband but did not deposited same in haily mandi exchange & gave it to any other person without notifying the telephone exchange head. I reported same to the head (JE) of exchange but he said we cannot do anything until Gajraj sing submits your modem & phone instrument. Please check with lineman(gajraj singh) only. I went to Gajraj singh but he does not respond anything. Whenever I try to contact him , he rans away. Please help me as currently I have no record that I have submitted the same to Gajraj singh.

                                    Looks funny. But true.

                                      I had registered for bsnl tunes three months ago, and the monthly rent of Rs.20/ had been recovered continueously, even today also for the current month. But no service is rendered for the same since activation. The caller can still hear the trin trin only. The complaint has also been lodged at customer cell in the last month at Bangalore. But there is no reply or action has not been taken so far. Even though the monthly rental for service is deducted promptly pending disposal of the complaint.

                                      I had registered for bsnl tunes three months ago, but bsnl tunes has not been activate till now. i had complaint, but not response.
                                      i want to close the service of caller tune on my mobile. my mobile number is [protected]. i had called to customer care but there was no response.
                                      My Cell no. [protected].i got calls from bsnl tunes 3-4 times, a day but i reject it everytime.BSNL activated bsnl tunes on my number by wrongly . Rs.40 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. but reply message is " " Sorry! your request can not be performed. Pls try again later." Rs.10 was deducted from sim for these messages. My caller tune was not deactivated. What should I do. BSNL services are worse.i don't know that what is my fault. i call many time customer care centre but no action is taken. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune
                                      It make me difficult to access my usage of BroadBand. I have been using BSNL BroadBand since last five years. What should I do to check the usage.
                                      I have never got this problem before, but since last two months I do not know what happened that I am not able to open the portal .
