[Resolved]  BSNL — Fraud agents and fake bills

Guys, today myself and another person in my apartment have fallen for this trap from this fraudend person (BSNL broadband agent / cheat) at Shiva Ganga layout, B-narayanapura, mahadevapura. We had paid 2500 each and the phone numbers ([protected] / [protected]) of the cheat mentioned are the same as above. He makes the offer look very attractive stating that if you sign up today ... you would get 1 AVDO data card + cordless phone + wifi router + 6 months unlimited usage free.

This chap also finds out if you have a laptop at your house and was very curious to know what are the things lying around in the house. He carries a fake BSNL ID cards with a blue tag ... which makes him look like a genuine person. Also he has a file of application forms with photos which make it look like he has already got many people to sign up for this trick from with in the apartment.

Name (fake ID): A Rajanna / Raju
Description of the person: Dark looking, around 5.6" height, around 60 kgs, slim built, wears a BSNL ID card with a blue tag (looks original), dressed in formals with sports shoes. Please be careful of this person.

Yesterday I went to give complaint in Marthahalli police station they told my place will come udner Mahadevapura police statin.. Pls give complaint other his cheating will continue. Police told no complaint is there against him.

BSNL Broadband — internet fake bill

well ihave just brought a new connection of bsnl broadband they promised me for 512kbps speed for monthly billing of 900
but now the speed is only 256kbps this really is bad they are faking the indian citizen
please help me in this regard

BSNL — Fake bills

Dear Sir,

I am billed for unnecessary reasons. Charges for privilege SMSes are billed, which I've never opted. When contaced BSNL customer care, Trimulgherry, they say that if we ask for more information on this , we will be charged double and triple. My mother uses this number. She is a house wife. She gets her source of income from the rental of Rs.3000/- per month. If she has to pay 550 on cell phone bill, what will she will left with for her other expenses? She always grumbles and gets troubled whenever she sees huge bill and has to pay for no reason. Pl. check her call records. She is paying double than her call charges. Behaviour of BSNL, Trimugherry officials is atrocious and rude. They better know that their salary is paid from their customer's bill amount and they owe us the service.

yes even he had taken money from us 2500 for the same day broad band connection. his name is N Manoj KUMAR...do any one of you had taken a photo of him so that we can give police compliant...

HI Prashanth & Gana, the same happened to me today around 11 AM. I am from Yellachanahalli, Kanakpura rd. he s a thin, dark, short guy, wearing a spec. I am planning to log a Police complaint tomorrow. If you are around the same place we could file a joint complain, if you are also willing. I could see the complaints loged here from 2008 and don't know why BSNL is not taking any action.

he is a short, thin, dark guy wearing a spec. I am planning to file a Police complaint tomorrow, if you are also staying in the same area, can we log a joint petition ? if you are on different location thn we could confirm it's not a single person and is a group.

Also i could see complaints from 2008 and don't know why BSNL is not taking any action.

BSNL/MOBILE PHONE — FAKE BILL

I HAVE BSNL MOBILE IT WAS POST PAID NOW IT IS PRE PAID
AFTER CONVERTING PRE PAID BSNL SENDING MOBILE WILL PREVIOUS DUE.

Hi guys, We are also victims of this cheater. He took Rs.4500 for two connections from us. We are in Nishant pride apts, B.Narayanapura. He will ask you to pay upfront saying that only then you will get a connection. After that he will switch his phone off. He gave us 2 numbers. [protected]/[protected] which are both not bsnl numbers and are switched off always. He gave his name as manoj kumar and als0 gave printed receipts.

Same happened to me today morning. He tooka 1500/- me as a deposit against new broadband connection and router charges. I am in Indraprastha Apts, B-Channasandra Main Rd, Banaswadi.

I'll place a police complaint tomorrow.

my customer id is [protected] and account number is [protected] ... at my home more than 1 month don, t have dial tone i have complaints several times in 198 but no any response from BSNL ...then today i complaint to 1500.. he said he will forward my complaint ... more than 2 year i had same complaint, cant use telephone . but i getting bill as i using the phone even telephone are death, , please take action in my complaint ...

I am the latest victim for this fraud, same thing happened to me on 8th Sep 12. He took me Rs.1500 and escaped from the scene. I could not able to recongnize his face also. This type of cheaters has to be severly punished. The cheating even in the name of Govt. sector. I just filed a complaint in BSNL office. I dont know how they will take action on him.
He came with the name Prashanth. His mob no:[protected]. How come he's roaming with the same mob. no????

I am victim of a guy who was introducing himself as a bsnl worker. His number is [protected]. He took 2000 from me. Next time if any guy approaches your dor step then please don't entertain him and just grab him and just call police.
