Despite receipt of my letter(dated 24.04.09, officially received by your Cossipore B.T. Road Office on the same date, demanding correction of your arbitory/incorrect as well as damaging bill for the period ‘Mar-09’issued in my favor amounting Rs.1973/=, due date on[protected], with no previous dues & outstanding whatsoever, with reasons clearly written therein) by .your office staffs who, hearing all such representations and subsequent receipt of the said letter dt.24.04.2009 refused to make any such corrections and on the contrary later on had compelled me to pay the entire billed amount (paid by united bank, college st. br. cheque no.408384) ignoring all such representations on my behalf at your different offices.
This is a matter of serious concern for which I demand for immediate REFUND OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT TAKEN ILLEGALLY, EXPLANATIONS FOR SUCH ILLEGEL ACT, AS WELL AS COMPENSATION FROM YOUR END AND PLEASE BE IT MENTIONED THAT YOUR REPLY SHALL BE COMMUNICATED to all competent authorities Including consumer forum and others for redressal of my grievances including compensation for the damages i.e. physical, mental & otherwise caused to me by such daeliberate, harassing act on your part.

BSNL — Non receipt of Speed Post letter.

Sir,
My DOT office has booked speed post No. EM[protected]IN on 28/09/2010 till not received by the receiving post office. Now more than 6 months passed away.

What will be your next option.

This is for your information that in the month of January i got my land line sifted in the same area.My old telephone no was 26540458 and new one is 26467058.But I am sorry to inform you that since then I am not receiving any monthly bill to my new address.Though all my bills are paid online already. My NEW ADDRESS IS 7, MADHAB BANERJEE LANE.KAILASH APPARTMENT, BALLY, HOWRAH.PIN 711201.I have enquired in many places but no positive response is obtained till date.Will you suggest me to withdraw my landline and BB services and go for a new service provider?

I have received a bill for Rs 2347/- for the month of June.

If you compare my average bills for the whole year, you will find an average of Rs[protected], of billing.

How can a month bill more than double in a single month, without any increase of consumption? And this type o[censored]nacceptable bill has been issued from your office, many times in the past.

I have personally met you in your office, regarding same type of complaints, several times in the past.

Please take some necessary step to average down the inflated bill of June in the future bills, as it has been done in the past.

Also, pl ensure, this type of complaint never generates in the future.

Once again, I personally thank you for the support & response you have shown in the past

Despite my complain, as above for the May bill, Once again I have received a bill of Rs 2309/- for the month of June.
It seems that a trend has been set up with no guidelines. The billing amount according to the consumption is simply unbelievable.Do take some necessary steps to get out of this awkward situation.

DEAR Sir,
I am a bona fide customer with your concern. Last month I have paid Rs.5, 434 against tel no. 26415887 to avail Combo 500 yearly, though I have applied for 2 years to avail 3 years which was not implement.
In this month I am too much surprised that You are giving the combo 500 facility to my other tel no.26381411 . and make a bill against tel no 26415887 Rs. 304/= . Kindly check the true fact and arrange to change the bill as early as possible.
I will not accept the bill which may creates trouble among us,

Dear Sir/Madam,
I like to bring your kind notice that my residence land phone bearing no[protected] in the name of my wife, smt. Aparna mukherjee, installed at C-9, Kali chatterjee avenue, garia, Kolkata-700084 is OUT-OF-ORDER since 26.11.11.
I, being a govt electricity engineer, facing a lot of inconvenience due to land phone out-of-order since your mobile network is also too poor to response.
I made a several complains without any fruitful response from your department except the computerised response stating"WORK IN PROGRESS"
I like to request you kindly look into matter from your good office at the earliest failing which I will be compelled to surrender the said land phone.

Sir/Madam,
I am a subscriber of the BSNL-Kolkata landline 2426 4459, which also has a Broadband connection assigned to it. The telephone connection – and the Broadband as well – has been malfunctioning since the 21st of November 2011. Docket No.[protected],

I have already filed several complaints ever since – and at several levels – though unfortunately, the error(s) have not yet been rectified at BSNL’s end.

Yesterday, the 13th of December, I had obtained the number 22317220 from BSNL’s website, where BSNL subscribers were invited to lodge grievances and complaints and seek redressals. I had called at that number at had spoken to Mr A.K.Roy, (DE/BB–I), and instead of paying heed to my grievances, the concerned person significantly abused me for having called him to seek redressals. I was shouted at and significantly harassed, and finally I was warned by the person to never ever call at that number ever again.

I wish to bring to your notice the above incident, which is why I sit down to write this mail to you. And finally, may I also request you to kindly take the necessary corrective measures concerning my number 2426 4459, and restore a good and proper connectivity to the same at the earliest.

My BSNL broadband Contact no.[protected] I am change my plan last one month because I am using the broadband all time on line indane software (Rajarhat Gas Service) indane distributor ship but my broadband connection internet line dose not exist at last 20 days I am complain again complain but not respond Imy problem .
I am contact BSNL Kaikhali branch he asking me your user id & password is change he give me user id & password but not solved my problem he asking me your modem not work because modem going on last user id & password you are send me your modem I am restored your modem.
My queries is what is work on broadband section last 20 days a go I am calling now give me my answer
I am complain registered 20 days a go and I am calling on area manager then office reply me my user id & password, but any one not came broad band section last 20 days.
Only come my bsnl line man. Please resolved this matter other wise I am again complain hair label or ministry. BSNL is never to good work almost any time link problem internet problem in my area please resolved.
