I have purchased new BSNL Broadband service. it is not working for 15 - 20 days every month. and no one listens to the complaints.I have also complaint to DGM BSNL, however, no one listening
all give another to another to another numbers to call for complaints but no one answers my complaints.
I am fed up of this service, planning to opt out some private internet.They charge extra but offers consistant good service.

BSNL — Adapter or Modem is not working

Hi, I have brought internet connection 2 month back along with modem from BSNL. but now the adepter is not working i went to subhanpura exchange office to get checked the modem they told me that they dont have right now modem & adepter and they are haveing problem to get inventory form their department so you buy it from market. I m not happy with the answer to my querry. and i dont want to waste my time in bsnl office is there any other way to teach some lession to department people that the customer is the most valualbe person.

BSNL Broadband — NOT WORKING 2 TO 3WEEKS PER MONTH

I'm a victim of BSNL bad customer service. I have a problem with the line for BSNL BroadBand for which I have given complaint in person and on phone as well.

But the lineman just called up and asked if I'm getting the connection to the net or not but no body came in person to check the line fault. The response on phone is also very bad. For past one month I'm unable to use the net because of this problem and still no body is coming to rectify the problem. But I have to pay the rent for Broad Band.
The same problem with me also.I am a broadband subscriber of BSNL, FARIDABAD for the last 18 moths every moth i face problem regarding the broadband connectivity and then i try to lauch a complain by calling but the call centres never works and even u call the DGM or any other person they just gives ph nos of each other and do nothing.plz help me out of this problem.
Recently I applied for broadband facility at my residence C37 green valley, Faridabad. After 16 days of application a lineman came and connected the broadband. Since then neither the broadband nor my land line number 2512376 is working.
I spoke to Mr. Virendra incharge of bsnl greenfield area on telephone many a times. He said he already informed the lineman few times. But nothing is moving for the last 10 days.
No wonder seeing the services provided by BSNL Faridabad people has started disconnecting it and availing the facilities of private player like Airtel.
response of bsnl employee is not profesnol, my broadbend is not working for last one month but i have to pay rent.

My telephone number 2421017 working since 1996 no instrument was provided by the Faridabad Telecom/ now BSNL since the inception though the necessary charges towards the instrument was billed to my account. I was using my own private instrument and the instrument is faulty. I would request your good office to issue me a new telephone instrument at the earliest and oblige.

NOYT — bb CONNECTION NOT MATERIALISED

I am S.Manickavasagam residing at Plot No: 3, S.S.Bhavan, Thiruvengadam Nagar, Pallikaranai, Chennai-601302. I have applie for a Land line phone with BB.The request no.91320310 and AN.92330920.Dt.16-06-09.Why ther is a delay in giving connection.I am retired ENGINEER from ISRO and I am badly i need of a BB connection.Please expedite the matter and inform me.

hi i have been using the bsnl broadband from past 4 months . we have to pay Rs 500 PER month and 2 gb is free but this time we did so less net surfing then also bill was Rs 2000 i really dont know how this happend can you please give some information regarding this issue...
my telephone is not working from yesterday. my tel.no.[protected].
My landline phone NOT working from last 5 days, which was repaired last week and worked for 2 days… Services pathetic…. Not able to lodge complaint through 198 as the computer is not recognizing the STD code correctly, after which it says to connect with their executive on a certain number which again is NOT correct number as soon as its dialed from any other BSNL landline or any GSM Cell. Over all this, tried to look for the details on their website….

for lodging complaint and there as well the numbers given for Main Exchange Sec-15A, Faridabad is ALSO WRONG, and the number given for Tele Exchange, DLF Area with contact name is hooked on to a Fax machine.

EVEN WITH ALL ABOVE, THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE IN BILL… IT WILL BE SAME OR MORE THAN THE OTHER PREVIOUS MONTHS.

VERY BAD SERVICE…

My telephone No. is 2510114 operated through surajkund exchange. This No. is not working from last week. I have make the complaint severaly at surajkund exchange on the tel. nos. 2512525 & 2512050 but the problem is still unsolved.You are requested to please solve this problem otherwise I have no option to surrender this no.

I have received bill with payable amount Rs. 0/-in my residential address. Generally billing amount of bimonthly has come Rs 1500/- +Plus. There is error in bill so please rectify this and send correct bill amount as soon as possible without surcharge.

Respected Sir,
The closure application was submitted on 15.10.2009. The phone was in the name of Surya Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. We have gone to your near Ajaronda office and we requested to take full and final payment till date. As we were told in the office that the closure application will be received only when the full & final payment cheque enclosed with the application. The amount was Rs. 2, 092/- which was deposited along and the receipt of closure application was given duly stamped by the office on 15.10.09.
We are surprised that in spite of submitting full & final payment with closure receipt, you have been raised invoice for the telephone[protected] once again. You are requested to ensure that same invoice is withdrawn and necessary action we taken for this irresponsible act.

I applied for BSNL broadband connection in the name of my wife. Phone was installed pretty quickly but there is an inordinate delay in issuing broadband userid and password. Customer care says your OB for broadband has not been issued. I told them that I have deposited both the forms (for new landline connection & the broadband connection) at the Sec-15 customer care more than 20 days back. Now they will issue the bill for the whole month without issuing broadband connection.

Moreover, I would like to know how to call BSNL broadband complaint no 1507 from MTNL landline/mobile.
