My Broadband connection number is[protected]. I very fedup every day i called up for area concern person because my internet not working for last 20 days. Still no one came and rectify the problem.
Its shows BSNL lack of customer care. Kindly rectify or give me a suggestion to change other private broad band connections.

my telephone no.[protected] is not working because i have not paid telephone bill. when from broad bend connect on same no.[protected]. In starting bill of broad bend and telephone bill have some mistake, i have loadged sereval complaint in verbal but no action has been taken till date. my telephone current stoped from telephone exchange now it is dead. I requested that my telephone may please connect and broad bend disconnect from my telephone Number.[protected]. In regarding previous balance amount of telephone bill, i will do pay immedeitly as soon as possible in every month of telephone bill.

We have internet facility on our MTNL no 27753553.The internet servicfe is not working and no satisfactory solution is provided by MTNL This is to put in your kind notice that I have just purchased the Broadband connection (Phone no.[protected] from BSNL last week. Connection holder is Om Prakash Pokhriyal. But after two days, it started problem in connectivity. I have made numerous calls to all concern people about whom I had information. But could not receive any satisfactory respond from them. Even the person (Durgesh Kumar) who had installed Internet in my PC, was pretending from last two day. All these circumstances were so frustrating for me. Even up to till date, my problem could not be resolved.

I would like to inform you that I am holding BSNL Land Line Number[protected] Since 21 Month. In the name of Syed Mohd Zaki R/O B-30 IInd Floor Dayal Bagh Suraj Kund Faridabad
Now I have given request for Broad Band Connection on Land Line Number[protected] but there is no reply from BSNL Office Faridabad.
I am a customer of BSNL for the past 2 year and i have not been receiving the kind of service expected from such an esteemed government organization. My problems are as follows :-

You are requested to Please disconnect my Line if BSNL Can’t give service OR rectify my issue ASAP.

BSNL services is pathetic. No efforts taken to resolve the issue. I am one of the unfortunate people who opted for BSNL landline. My phone no 2512600 is not working since past almost 40-45 days and despite of logging complaints on all possible numbers, nothing has been done. I even wrote to a mail ID bsnl.[protected]@gmail.com but nothing has been done so far.

I have LL+BB connection. Adapter of Modem damaged so, i go to bsnl sec-22/23 to replace it. They took this faulty adapter and gave me a receipt of replacing with new one(signed by SDE) and said to me for coming next day at 11 to 11:30am to get new adapter. But when i reached today the man in store (may be Mr. Yadav) says me that you have not given me any adapter and I can't give you new adapter. I showed him the receipt but he refused and said he will not give and said that you can stand here for 6 days but i will not give you till you not give me old adapter.

Frequent disconnection in broadband connection
I have made innumerable complaints regarding the poor performance of BSNL broadband connection on my phone no[protected], the DSL light frequently disappears and the broadband connection stops, many a times staff have turned up but have not solved the problem, they say that wiring is to be changed but take no action. Further it is surprising that the dialup connection works fine, I have compliant so many times regarding this issue.but no one take care of this issue.
Pl take the complain seriously and take appropriate action on priority
