[Resolved]  BSNL Ghaziabad — Customer care no. 1500 is not working

Having a landline connection with broadband at Kalapet, Puducherry with number 2655676, gave an application for transfering the line to the new residence which is very close to the old residence.
The new address : D-20, Type IV qtrs, Pondicherry University, Kalapet, Puducherry.

Application given on 13/11/2009 and the number is SFT 1061138. Please do the needful at the eaqrliest to avoid inconvenince.

I am Using H500 Plan. According To This Plan The Downloading Speed Is 150 to 228 Kbps.but My h500 Plan Gives Me Only 20 to 30 or 35 Kbps Downloading Speed. I Want To Complain But 1500 Customer Care Number Did Not Respond. What Will I Do Pls Help!!!

My BSNL tel ph no[protected]B, Klapana apt. sector-5, Vaishali, Ghz.) is not working from last 10 days, I tried to complain for the same but bsnl complain no 198 is not working and Kashumbi office provide me another no.277134 it's also not working, now what I will do ?

It is over 15 dyas now that my telephone is not working...I contacted one of your officuial in the Kaushami exchange who informed me that some cable problem is being rectified...and it will take one or two days to set the things right. It is also more than five days now...this is may be looled into...

I lodged complaint no.0022 around 22nd Jan 2010 regarding nonfunctioning of my landline no.2888552 at Indirapuram.I even spoke to the SDO Mr.Jeetendra Singh and he promised me to rectify the problem at the earliest but till today the landline is not working.When I complained yesterday again I was told that complaint no.0022 is already lodged against this number.To my utter surprise there is no mechanism to sort out the problems.People keep on complaining and officers just don`t move.This is the plight of system.
I hope that if someone reads these comments from BSNL if will act promptly.

I have almost the same problem. There phone disconnects every time after you call them, and this happened to me at least 10 times today. The same thing happened 20 days back.
When you call 1500-(1/2)-(1/2/3/4/5) they attend your phone but it disconnects within 20 seconds.
What a shame on BSNL, is there any other customer care service to complain for this customer care(1500)

Our telephone number[protected] has been very noisy since 8 months. Any complaint on the 198 is of no use.

BSNL feels that only taking the bill is thier responsibility.

BSNL Ghaziabad — Noisy phone

I own telephone [protected] from BSNL ghaziabad. The line is noisy since the installation of phone in MAY 11. I have made complaint so many times but without any result. the line man who installed the phone was asking Rs. 200/- which i do not obliged.
