[Resolved]  BSNL Kerala — phone dead but no response from authority

LET ME SAY. I HAVE A QUESTION TO YOU ALL THAT WHY IS THIS BSNL STILL?. FOR THE EMPLOYEE WHO ARE NOT WORKING FOR MEN? I WONDER THIS LIKE AN ORGANISATION MAY NOT BE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.

I AM A RESIDENT OF MAMMOOD, KOTTAYAM IN KERALA, INDIA. LAND LINE NUMBER [protected] IS OF MY PARENTS. THEY HAVE 82 AND 72 AGE. NO OTHER IS TO HELP THEM. THE PHONE IS DEAD AT LEAST 20-30 TIMES IN 2011. MANY OF TIMES REPAIR IT AFTER MANY DAYS.
THE LINE MAN ON DUTY IS ABUSING THEM, HE IS NOT GIVING HIS DUTIES FOR THEM.
WHAT SHALL I DO, PATHETIC! ALAS! WHAT HAPPEND TO MY NATION! I AM AN EX SERVICE MAN!
WILL MY AGED PARENTS GET JUSTICE, CAN THEY SPOKE IN BSNL PHONE, OR IT HIJACKED BY THE CULPRIT EMPLOYEES? I SUSPECT IT SO.

WHEN ASKED FOR REPAIR THE LINE MAN QUARRELS WITH THE AGEDs AND THRETAN TO CUT THE PHONE CONNECTION. IT IS BETTER TO CUT THAT INSTEAD OF TO BEHEAD THEM AS THEY HAVE NO OTHER SOURCE TO CONTACT THEIR RELATIVES.

HORRIBLE! NO BODY HAS TIME TO HEAR SUCH VOICE THEY ARE BUSY AND BUSY WITH BUSY! WHEN IT ENDS THAT I COULD TELL MY WORRIES.

IF ANY BODY OF THEM HAS TIME LEFT, PLEASE REPEATS PLEASE HELP ME AND CONNECT ME TO MY PARENTS.

There was no response. They came twice and just said its cable line problem and they went off.
And also saying that there is no low end workers to pull the cable out.

Up to now there is no response. Either cancel this line or solve the fault

There was no response.
we given complained him for the dead telephone. but no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
If still my complaint is not sorted out,
I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.myfather continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

BSNL — more than one year continuously complaint in land phone connection

more than one year allways our conection is complaint.i allways complaint in bsnl kurianoor exchange and 198 complaint register also but they are not giving proper repairing and service my telphone no [protected]

With reference to the above subject as I am working abroad, I would like to bring your kind attention that the below mentioned home telephone number is out of order since last September 2012. Now approximate three months have been passed we did not get any positive response from your department. During this three months period my wife has been complained several times to our nearest telephone exchange ( Chombala telephone exchange ). Also I would like to say that my aged mother & wife with two children are staying at my native home. When I am trying to reach on mobile phone almost the answer is out of coverage area. So you are kindly requested to look in to this matter and rectify the same at your earliest.

My telephone connection (Gandhinagar Exchange, Kottayam, Telephone No. 2590102) with broadband lying dead from 30th Nov. 2102. Even after repeated complaints, the authorities have not taken any steps to rectify it. They are telling that they could not locate the cable fault. Is it our fault? Don't they have technology to detect the defect. The fact is that they have not even tried to find out the fault. They did not come to my area and have not dig any place near to my house. when I pointed out this SDE has gone through the complaint list on computer and told me YOUR COMPLAINT IS THERE (IN THE COMPUTER)!!! IT WILL TAKE TIME!!! What a pity!!! After 30 days the responsible authority could not tell even a positive word to me.

Iam a senior citizen aged 78 with cardiac problems.My landline is not working since an year.I have registered complaints so many times to 198 Personally also I went and complained.My payments till date is clear ie12/3/2013.Why is bsnl turning a deaf ear to its customers when there is a tough competition in this field???

My mother's landline telephone number is [protected] and it is dead since last ten days. The BSNL staf[censored]sed to telephone continuously for 5 days for the bill payment. Once the bill has been paid, the telephone went dead. I had complained more than 5 times since last ten days, personally as well as on telephone. Since my mother is around 78 years old and is ailing from BP and other problems, we need to be in touch wither her regularly from mumbai, pune and ajmer. Whenever we telephone the BSNL, Kollengode exchange, they say we are sending the man right now. but nothing happened and the phone continues to be dead. If the well-to-do or any politicians' phone goes dead, the BSNL people are there in minutes. Why not happening such things for the common man.

we have given a request for shifting our office land line phones[protected] and[protected] on 02/06/2014.
Now its 22 days after I given that request. i approached BSNL office in kannur several times and they are not showing any interest in this matter. Ours is a business establishment and we having lot of problems without telephone connection.
