I am attend the BSNL Maha Prestigious Mela on 16th December 2009

I am clear the arrears above two land line numbers.

after three months, yet No Connection, No Information and No Bill.

We are waiting for Another BSNL Maha Mela ???

I am a BSNL customer, my land line[protected] was is not working properly, I have registered a compliant through BSNL ahmedabad in vatva division on 26.03.10. Please take necessary action to rectify the compliant at the earliest.

BSNL — Service unbeatable

Hallo Sir,

My self Subodh Mandlik, Address 62, Kanchan Nagar, Paithan Road, Aurangabad 431005. I am one of the customer of BSNL land line phones[protected] in Aurangabad, I am continueslly having issues with my land line phone line, i have complented around 100 times in last year about the line & Phone bills which i never receive & every time i need to go to BSNL office & collect bill & then pay it, every 2/3 days my land line phone gets dead i dont know why BSNL officials are not serious about the problems there customers face, as being a Indian i am intrested to use BSNL but the employees or persons who are entitled to there work ni BSNL are never respond or serve us as customer.

when i asked then why we are not receiving the bills every month there answer is we dont know why you are not getting, better you collect bills on your own & then pay amount.

I did meet the administrator there in Head telephone office in Aurangabad but still i need to collect my bills & then pay amount. also my phone is dead every week & will remain as it is unless i take the person on my own from there office pay some 50 to 100 rs & get it repaired on my own.

I am BSNL customer from last 10 years, [protected], but from last 15 days my land line in not working for this issue i personally visited to local JCO office more than 5 times and met JCO Laxman Rao of bowenpally division. he told me he sending line man but he did not came, later i called Laxman rao on his mobile regarding this issue he said u r line has disconnected, when i asked for details he said to call cm care, but i did not given any request for disconnection of this services. any my dill payment is upto date without any month due. so please find the details about this issue

BSNL Landline Complaint — no one responds to the complaint even after 3 months
