Dear sir my mother's land line [protected] working in Sirsi, Utter Kannada is not working n it goes faulty very often. My mother 80 + years of age and require some sort of communication to contact doctor or anybody who can help her at the time of emergency. I request you to get the land line attended and she being a very senior citizen you may instruct your staff to have a special attention to her no.

My (landline no: [protected]) BSNL BB was not working for almost a month (not sure of the exact date, need to verify the usage details). Complained verbally to the nearest exchange, the next day itself. Firstly I was told that it was a minor fault and will be rectified shortly. But even after one month, the problem is still not resolved. Now came to know that its a major Cable complaint and may take long time to rectify. If BSNL cannot resolve this problem in one week time, I would better permanently unsubscribe from BSNL.). Will I get a refund for the bill? (recently paid while BSNL broadband was out of order)

I am using bsnl landline[protected]and internet connection[protected] my phone and internet not working so I am compliant in bsnl customer care but my problem not solved after one week second time complaint in customer care she told me bsnl staff strike and ur complaint automatically closed by mechinc and also complaint to day[protected] bsnl worst service my idea closed my bsnl conection.
