[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — replacement of phone set

My BSNL landline telephone no.[protected] at F-82/2 Love Kush Vihar, Sukhaliya, Indore located in Meghdoot Exchange cicle is not working properly since last 03 years. We are managing somehowe whenever we get connected that too with poor voice. Our telephone instrument is also very old model giving a lot of problems. We are quite old customer but treated very irresponsibly by BSNL. We have made several complaints met several times with concerned officer in Meghdoot park exchange and requested to rectify the long pending problems and replace the instruments with dialer tone facilities but no action have been taken. It is surprising me after listening that instrument with dialer tone have made available to new customers or to influenced customers. But why the same can not be replaced to our instrument. We are regularly making payment for this poor services. We have a trust with BSNL since long but how long a customer can continue with this type of services. BSNL is a Govt. Body and I have personally respect toward BSNL and once again hoping a quick action to solve my problems immediately.With this note I would like to inform concerned officer to look into the matter seriously.

My landline telephone set no.[protected] (a/c. No.[protected]) is an old one and now keypad is not working properly.. Besides, the set is in down floor and myself aged about eighty years, living in upstairs. As you will perhaps appreciate that it is not feasible for an old man like me to go up and down through stairs to attend incoming calls I request kindly to replace the same with a caller id telephone set or a cordless one in the upstairs which will be very useful and required for us. I also agree to bear additional cost, if any, for this.
