[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — replacement of phone set

Dear sir
I have BSNL landline connection[protected] for more than 15 years. since last two years I am finding the services very poor. number of times the lines becomes faulty, many a times the instruments (with Caller ID facility) becomes faulty etc. you may check from complaint register. for last few months, i am unable to register my request on 198 as it flashes message that complaint is already registered. due to this I somehow visits the Exchange at P & T Colony, Thatipur Gwalior and register my request on the register available their for the purpose. But of no use. Now when I contacted SDO, from their we received a phone call that BSNL will charge to replace the faulty equipment or we have to satisfy with some old outdated equipment available with them. It is strange that instead of rectifying the problem they are acting in this manner. Please do the needful at your earliest.

As my telephone instrument is not working I would kindly request u to replace it with a different instrument I am not able to make calls but can receive calls with lot of disturbances pls do the needful at the earliest.my BSNL landline details are as follows
