[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — phone is dead

I have a broadband connection since 29 April 2009, and i am existing customer of Landline over 10 years and faced over 100 times line dead fault.

Since i got broadband connection, Telephone Line is dead, and nobody come to see line fault or else,

I have written complaint in April and 8th May 2009, and i personally met to DEOBAND Exchange SDO. But all in vain and Line is still Dead. Only 7th May 2009, it was working,

and in Whole May so far, Line is dead.



Please Take Action against these officers.

This is to inform you that my telephone is not working from last one weeks and I have complaint first time, my telepnone no is[protected] which is located vivek colony, adhartal, jabalpur please arrange it because I have facing lots of problem.

I have got the phone connection and the internet connection but never in my life i have seen such a miserable service .


Now my phone is ok but internet conction not ok sometimes going to reconected showing then sudennley net light off.and out of order also.I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

can inform me what is good offer you have any unlimited net service what is rent of one year ?
I heart oneyear net rentservice Rs 7500.00 unlimited plan is it right ? If you are inform i wiil change this plan ?

i want to know my billing amount of this month...bill yet not received.my landline telephone no. is[protected]

my phone is dead please rectify the fault as earlier as it is possible

My telephone number 2422398 installed in Noida is not working since more than one month even after several complaints this has not been ractified. I suppose BSNL is not able to handle the organisation properly. If this is the case it should leave the affairs to private players instead of wasting public money.

I have even personally talked to Lineman and his boss many times but no one helped me.

Regular follo up with local tecnical and admin team also interested to do any initative for rectification.


Please make this a private, so the old, unused and lazy people can take rest at their home not at office.
