[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — phone is dead

My Land phone has a complaint that it has no dialer tone and anybody call to this no it shows NUMBER BUSY

The people in BSNL are fit for nothing each and every time they wast their time in strik they wont bother for public since they work or not they get their salary i had given complaint past one month still now they dint slove the complaint land line . I have no words to scold to the Government who is such irresponsibility cant stop the strick till now (1 month) if i check in complaint list it is telling landline number not existing

My phone connection number is[protected]. And this phone number is dead since 15th of april 09, i have made many complaints on your toll free number but no action has been taken yet. Due to this i am facing many problems so it is my humble request to you, kindly look into this matter seriously n resolve it as soon as possible

This BSNL sucks a great time.Hopeless service.
My nos[protected], had problems with telephone line. I registered a complaint 1 week back. Till date no BSNL employee nobody attended it.
Today my landline lay dead.
My calls to other BSNL number turned futile. Nobody picks it even though it rings.(Mind you, i called on 4 diff. nos. nobody bothered 2 answer) The same was the situation when i applied for BSNL broadband .
Wonder why Deepika Padukone endorses BSNL.


Dead Man walking. Feel every govt employee, shld b thrashed.
Absurd behaviour. No value for customer :(

LANDLINE PHONE — TOTAL DEAD

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is regarding my land line No.[protected], House No 20/A, 88 block, DDA Flats, New Old Police Station, C.R. Park, New Delhi - 19 which is dead last 4- 5 days, i.e. 16th July, 10, till date.Yesterday i have called up BSNL complaint no. 198, their i replied that "due to non payment, " your line has been disconnected. As you know BSNL no 198 is recorded voice and not registered any complain, then I called up at BSNL 1500 there I have been told that your payment has been cleared and their is no due. They told me to complaint at Customer Services No. 23356666, I called up there they replied me we do not take any complaint w/o getting any information from BSNL - 198.

Contrary i have told them they dont take any complaint, even where i have been informed by BSNL 1500 that you payment is clear.

Sir I am very much surprised how irresponsible they are. Where every thing is crystal clear.

Now you are requested please take action immediately and do neeful .

sir my PHONE[protected] is dead from past 15 days so please check the settings because i had give many complaints but there is no response frm any of the service commity. I hope that you will surely take an quick action .

Due to this i am facing many problems, so it is request to you, kindly look into this matter n resolve it, as soon as possible.

My landline telephone is still dead from last 2 weeks. I had put my complaint on 198 helpline. at several times
No body look toward my complaint its to difficult to servive with BSNL connection

Land Line telephone not working since more than 10 days, no response to my complain.
In my entire complex all the phones are working except my telephone bearing no: 27479832.
requested to do the needfull immediately.

My Landline no. 27499515 is not working from 20 Jul 10 and i have done compaint but still it is not resolve also not working with broad band, now today is have called so many time in coutomer care[protected], 27431200 and 1500) but those no is no budy responding and i am totaly disappointed about this service, now today my phone is started after 24 day but outgoing no is showing different which was 27436759 instead of my land line no 27499515

so requested to you please resolve the same as fast as possible also given us th credit note for 24 day because my bill amount was including broad band charges

Our BSNL Lanline no.[protected] is dead from 1 week. We complained to local exchage which is in SIrsi. North kenara district .Karnataka.. But didnt taken any action.. please Take any action soon..

my landline phone no[protected] is lying oftenly dead, done complaint many times, but poor services .pl get repaired..
