[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — phone not working

My tele - No[protected] is not working for over three months. No action has been taken by the authorities to rectify the fault in spite of repeated complaints.

I am regular user of bsnl, We have three bsnl pre paid mobile Phone.
Now my probelme is.
I have recently changed my address. So asked for shifting of land phone from old to new above said address.
I am in urgent need of a broad band connection. Since last two month they are not shifting the phone

BSNL Landline — recently the new phone is not working since three days

after long request the bsnl conected the land line to house, but some times it is not working, if i have complained to the nearest bsnl office they never attend the phone,
may i know what is the no we have to call if bsnl suddenly disconnect.. costemer care no....

i hv been calling since 38 days...n they are not correcting the complaint...i called on 1504.many times n then for a day it gets corrected n then again the phone is dead.we are suffering from huge problem because we have only bsnl landline.please do something otherwise we are going to SWITCH ON TO AIRTEL!!

My mother is using BSNL Land line Number[protected]

In last two months we have many times registered complaint abt the non performance of the Telephone but no proper attendence is found.

My mother is living alone and she is a senior citizen and cant run here and there for the request to the bsnl office frequently.

We many time informed to the Sihor - Bhavnagar Dist Telephone Exchange about the complaint but no one is sent for the soluation.

I hope BSNL will consider this request genuinly and advise concern for needful

I am using the land line of BSNL for the last 10years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is[protected]My address is V.Kaliaperumal,1/174 Sirugudi, Omandur (po) Trichy - 621006. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last One year, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am receiving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem persist i will surrender the landline within 10days,
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

I Pawan kumar i am used bsnl phone last four years i have not received hard copy of the bill before three four months i have not paid the bills so my phone disconnected by bsnl. and Decmber 7 , 2010 i have paid outstanding but phone not connected . i had many calls to bsnl nobody take any action to connect my phone .
please take any action to bsnl and connect my phone. no outstanding bills .

It is very essential that bsnl should give bills of every month via. mail.

We are having a land line connection no: [protected], this telephone is not functioning from 20.12.2010(complaint no i373). We are regularly complaining to the fault booking system of bsnl and none of the person turned back to rectify the same. This is an office telephone and is creating lot of communication problems.

MY PHONE CONNECTION NOT WORKING LAST 6 MONTHS. I COMPLAINTED TO THE LOCAL TELEPHONE OFFICE LOT OF TIMES. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE OFFICE STAFFS OR THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED ABOUT THIS.
THEY ARE SENDING THE BILLS EVERY 2 MONTHS AND I PAYED ALL OF MY BILLS.

BSNL — BSNL Bfone not working since december 2010

Sir,

From last 34 days, telephone is dead.
I had noticed this problem on 2/12/2010 and I registered a complaint on
16/12.2010 through fault reporting.
There was no response till date from the authorities.
My father had gone to BSNL Office Neyyattinkara and spoke with
some officers.But no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.
This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.
If still my complaint is not sorted out,
I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.
my father continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

please do the needful
