BSNL — my land line phone not working

Sir, My BSNL land line phone No. 24046272 is not working since last one week. It is totally dead. I request you to kindly see that the same is rectified immediately.

Inter net connection is not functioning since 10 days, complained to local service provider but no proper response they are using harsh words,,kindly do the needfull at the earliest

This is my landline No: [protected] under (KADAKKAVUR exchange) Trivandrum Dist .My BSNL land phone is not working for more than TWO months .But paying my bills regularly. Several times complained to kadakkavur Exchange which is hardly 50 yards from my doorstep -) My mother is a cancer patient that in 3rd stage, & I am very much worried about her with out having telephonic contacts. Please help me .

My Landline No.[protected] is not giving satisfactory services since last 02 years. I have lodge about about 40-50 complaints either thru. telephone or in writing, but not foolproof action is being taken by BSNL Authorities. If any Officer of BSNL is dedicated enought to get my phone in order, I would be feel highly obliged, unless I will return back the Instrument to BSNL for their poorest of the poor servcies.

Regret to inform you that Land phone No[protected] is out of order from last two months. Inspite of repeated complaints the same is not yet repaired by concerned office.

I am serving in the army and I can't even know whereabout old aged parents. And also unable to avail the benefit of Mob JAWAN PLAN which you offered specially for soldiers.

Request issue suitable instruction to the concerned office for get commercial at the earliest.

My telephone [[protected]] has not been working since 25.07.2013. I lodged a complaint about this in customer care [ 198] on the very next day and I reported directly atdhanpuri BSNL Exchange also.
But no response from there till this date. So I request you to do the needful at the earlier

I transction from icicibank for recharge the bsnl pre paid mobile [protected] of rs. 55 my payment id is[protected] but yet my mobile not recharge this amount.
