Previously I have unsubscribed from Humshakal service through telephone call to customer service centre. The complain no. was 5910433 dt.23.08.10. Now again today i.e.on 7th Sept., I have received a message regarding charge of Rs.10/-. Please unsubscribe the same service from my mobile no. [protected]

i also have the same problem i was charged 25 rs for onmobile service which i didnt ask for and they are not cancelling it great bsnl

BSNL — OnMobile Hindu Unsubscription

I want to "UNSUBSCRIBE" from OnMobile Hindu Devotional Updates. If I call to Customer Care, my call will never get connected. I keep hearing that boring music. Is this the way to treat customers? BSNL Wake up !!

i want to unsubscribe from Bsnl on mobile(Bv-59595)service.i have several times complained abt in the company, they have told withing 24hrs u will be unsubcribed but till today it is not done.so plese could u subcribe from this service.my mobile no is [protected].

My Mobile No. [protected]. From Past 4 months My balance is deducted with Rs. 5 or 10 in second week of every month. I never activated for and Mobile Radio Service. Some times I receives SMS that "your MRadio Pack has been renewed". The Customer Service personals are not giving proper response to this. Hence Please Deactive this service.

By mistake I have ubscribed to mobile internet service. I have requeted through my mobile to unsubscribe it. I ha not been done. Since three months I am looing Rs. 49.00 per mnth. My mobile no. [protected].
