[Resolved]  BSNL PREPAID RECHARGE TOP UP — Top up recharge not done, but amount deducted from a/c

Dear Sir / Madam

The below mentioned mail and replies from HDFC. Please go through the same and do the needful. I also talk to your Customer care centre, but they informed me that they are not in a position to do my request.

Please do the needful since I have to get the total recharge amount of Rs.165/- to my mobile [protected]. Eagerly waiting for ur favourable reply.

With reference to problem explained in my earlier mails regarding BSNL prepaid recharge failure for Rs.110/- on[protected]. Today i.e.[protected] again I have recharged with your esteemed Bank using Net Banking. But today also same problem, Rs.55/- amount deducted from my SB A/c No.[protected]. Then I have taken up the matter with BSNL. They have taken the complaint but they need Transaction ID. I have given the Narration and Ref No. displaying in my account. But, BSNL informed me Transaction ID starts from some alphabets. Please send the Transaction ID of both transactions so that I can inform the same to BSNL for further action. Recharge Screen shots attached herewith for ready reference.

Please do the needful.

BSNL/ Mobile — NOT RESOLVING COMPLAINT AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM BALANCE

Complaint registered to discontinue some utility service , activited without request , following Docket number recieved againest our complanint but no action taken and continue to reactivate. No body helping and as if we are making fun.

Sir this is Alok Ranjan Biswal a customer of BSNL India having Mobile Number -[protected] recharge my BSNL Number with Rs300/- for Local free call ( All BSNL Numbers in Orissa). I register my complain with Customer care 10 Days Ago but there is no response from their side. So Please help me, the validation of this top up is 30 days. I use it for 4 days only already 16 days gone. So please recover my Money or give me more time to avail this facility on that voucher.

Hereby i want to inform you that regarding BSNL prepaid recharge failure for Rs.220/- on[protected]. I did the recharge through net banking and the bank was corpoartion bank Rs.220/- amount deducted from my SB A/c No. SB01008407 Then I have taken up the matter with BSNL. I also taken this complaint to corporation bank even BSNL.I also got the message from the bank that money has been deducted but i didn't got the balance.
THE MASSEGE FROM BANK:-
You have done an online gateway transaction with payment of Rs. 220 from your a/c SB01008407 at TechProcess through CorpBank Internet Banking gateway. Ref No:[protected] Status is Executed .

Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

I am in Meerut, U.P.(West) Dist- Meerut.

I recharge (top up) Rs. 280 on 14.03.11. I got Talktime but no validity extended on my mobile.
Before recharge, i asked from customer care. On that time they told me that when i recharged by Rs. 280,
I got talktime as well as 365 days of validity
please solve it urgently.

BSNL 3G — online recharge not done but amount has been debited from my A/C

I had attempted for Top up my mobile No [protected] with Rs 550/- using BSNL online recharge facility. Rs 550/- have been deducted from my bank account but mobile not recharged. details are as under :-

BSNL — Deduction of Amount from prepaid A/c

My No.[protected]. BSNL is deducting regularly from my prepaid A/c towards subscription of Astro,BSNL,Ustav Paln,etc for which i never subscribe. Kindly look in to and revert all my deductions.
I have purchased bsnl top up recharge coupon for Rs.110/- on 5.12.2011 for my mobile no.[protected].When I entered the 18 digit secret code no.[protected] a message appears "Recharge number not valid" pl.solve it immediately.

BSNL — PREPAID RECHARGE PROBLEM

on[protected] i have made 3 times online recharge through (http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/login.aspx) using my HDFC bank online banking (Rs.55/- each) but i have not getting the recharged balance till now. but my HDFC account is showing the transaction is completed successfully. pls help me out in this regards.
I have already complained on customer care, they are not responding properly.

BSNL Mobile Re-charge — REFUND OF ONLINE DEDUCTED AMOUNT

For recharging of my mobile no- [protected] with Rs 330, i have used online service by using INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd, though PAYtm.com on 24th Dec,2011.wide Reff no:CCA11LELN185IG82919310 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE). but Neither the status received was sucessfull,nor the mobile is recharged. Kindly do the needful to REFUND MY RS. 330/- Payment back into my SBI account immediately.

BSNL — Top Up not done

On 20/04/2012 at 08:39 hrs I topped up my mobile (No.[protected]) account online by Rs.100. At that time my Acc. Balance was Rs.5; but it was showing 0.0 balance. However the top up amount is not shown up till now. I talked with Bank Care, they replied not having their problem. Please solve the issue at the earliest.
