[Resolved]  BSNL PREPAID RECHARGE TOP UP — Top up recharge not done, but amount deducted from a/c

Dear Sir / Madam

The below mentioned mail and replies from HDFC. Please go through the same and do the needful. I also talk to your Customer care centre, but they informed me that they are not in a position to do my request.

Please do the needful since I have to get the total recharge amount of Rs.165/- to my mobile [protected]. Eagerly waiting for ur favourable reply.

With reference to problem explained in my earlier mails regarding BSNL prepaid recharge failure for Rs.110/- on[protected]. Today i.e.[protected] again I have recharged with your esteemed Bank using Net Banking. But today also same problem, Rs.55/- amount deducted from my SB A/c No.[protected]. Then I have taken up the matter with BSNL. They have taken the complaint but they need Transaction ID. I have given the Narration and Ref No. displaying in my account. But, BSNL informed me Transaction ID starts from some alphabets. Please send the Transaction ID of both transactions so that I can inform the same to BSNL for further action. Recharge Screen shots attached herewith for ready reference.

I have recharged my moble No.[protected] on 28.08.2012 for Rs.500/- through net banking. But the option i had given as validity instead of talk time. but after recharging no amount received on my mobile. so please do the needful to change that from validity to talk time. Because validity on my mobile is more than 1 yr. so i want talk time.

My Self N. M. Patel and I am customer of BSNL Pre-Paid service. My mobile No: [protected] which is used my family .Now before three days (on date16/10/12) my mobile no validity expire with present balance Rs. 608.940.On date19/10/12, I want to extend validity of my mobile no, so I call on customer care on number 1503 at 21:00hrs .at that time I ask for my validity extension recharge value and customer care executive wrong advice me for Rs50 recharge for its. After this I recharge Rs.50 at nearer shop .My mobile recharge from mobile no [protected] at 21:11 hrs on date 19/10/12.As soon as my recharge was done, no validity and no balance was credited in my account. Further I call to customer care on above mention number, other customer care executive advice your recharge was wrong, only you getting balance not validity .If you require validity and above mention Rs 50 as a credited balance in your account you are recharge with Rs. 34 .As soon as I recharge with Rs 34 from same mobile no, on date 19/10/12 21:29hrs .and my validity was extend up to 17/04/13.though my above Rs 50 is not credited in my account till this time and my balance was same at present. I was call costumer care executives and they rotate me 360 degree so I used wrong word to them .full and final I want to back my Rs 50 otherwise I want to balance as a credited. No other services require to me in this matter I call first on date 19/10/12 and customer care executive wrong advice me so this incident occurring. Also you are taking action on this matter .this matter to be closed within two to three days. Please do needful. I hope that your answerer will be positive. You call me only below mention number.

BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Unusual deduction of top up amount

I am a prepaid mobile customer having mobile No: [protected]
I got message y'day that I have subscribed BSNL tunes and an amount of Rs.30+Rs.12 has been wrongly deducted as activation charges.
I have never asked for BSNL tunes, hence I request you to plz refund Rs.42 in my credit.

I am having [protected] prepaid connectivity for the past 5 years. For the past one month service charges of Rs.8 & Rs.5 are deducting. I have not opted for any service offer. I have called several times to customer care. They are simply saying that I have opted for some offers & they are going to de-activate the same. After words also they are charging me. Till now around Rs.100 they charged me. Today also i called to customer care & talked to Mr Raju. He promised me that with in two days all my amount will be refunded & from now no charges will be deducted . My complaint no. is C02AP302174 &C02AP306447.

DUE TO THIS I HAVE GONE LOT OF MENTAL AGONY & LOT OF TIME WASTED FOR CALLING CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE REIMBURSE ME MY AMOUNT WITH RS.500 FINE.

Bsnl Prepaid Recharge — recharge not affected

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] for Rs.1000/- on 17.05.2013 from IDBI netbanking recharge option but the credit is yet to come in my mobile. Request you to either credit the amount in mobile or refund the same.

By shopkeeper's mistake recharge of 135 rs is done on number [protected].
Which is non working closed sim number.
This Topup was done from number [protected] with transtion reference id [protected].
So that is not valid & that also not on valid number.
So please request to revert this transition.

BSNL SERVICE is very POOR.

My father is suffering from cancer for urgency purpose I done topup but till now there is no response from BSNL service.
If the service is not useful for very urgency purpose, then why it is still exist.
Who is responsible?.
i have toped up for Rs 135/- on dated 14.06.14 at 1.21 PM amount deducted vide no tx no FTL[protected] mob no [protected] provider ref no37957998 FX REF NO 3beec 13 cedf-4c64-60 dinesh electronics forbes xpress

but the toped up is not materialized balance showing is 0.14 paise in the mob a/c
