BSNL — Phone dead along with internet services

Dear
Sir,

This is to inform you that my telephone has not been working since last 10 days. I have given the compliant through customer service number on 27/2/12 vide compliant reference No.[protected]. In the meantime I have complained personally to the BSNL area office also.Internet services are also dead due to this and life is getting affected very badly as now a days childrens are studying online . Regret to say that till writing of this letter nobody has attended this complaint.

Presently my above telephone is in a dead condition alongwith internet services

BSNL — new connection not provided

i applied for a new landline connection last yr December 2011 they told that i will get the connection within 15 days. but its almost 3 months over but still i didn't got the connection . when asked about what happened they are telling that will get the connection in another 10-15 days... am not getting what to do. money is also gone and am facing some problem also. didn't expect this from BSNL.......

BSNL — not giving proper answer on 197

at 1.23 p.m. on 16 march 2012 called at 197 for asking some one's number, some lady had picked up call but they are not giving proper answer and they are not in mood of talking, they were talking with each other in staff and laughing and put receiver down

BSNL — Bsnl not giving my refund

I am Pawan Parihar .I have one problem from Bsnl. I am from Jodhpur
(raj.). I took a broadband connection 750 unlimited plan in april 2010
last week and cuted it on 10 jan 2011 and fill security refund form on
10 feb 2011 but still i am not received my security deposit refund
check. I took connection on my father name Mr. Mohan lal Parihar and
he is govt. servant and my phone no. [protected].
Me karib 8 month se chakar kaat rha hu, mere sare security deposit hai
or mene ek application b de rakhi hai mere security jama hone ki.
Lekin muje abi tak mera refund check ni mila hai or bsnl ke rule ke
mutabik 3mnt me refund milna chaiye lekin ab usse double se jayada tym
ho gya hai.Bsnl ne muje 1650 rs ka check diya hai jabki meri security money isse jayda hai,ab muje with interest complete refund chaiye.

BSNL — New line connection late regarding

i gave an application for a new connection on my father who is age of 82yrs for their medical help. but bsnl adyar is very slow in their service and no resopnse even we ask them in person they simply ask as to see the jack and jill in their office and wasting our time. I hope this compliant on them make them to work proper atleast.

BSNL — unknown number calling me and my mother

a person is calling us daily n speaks rubbish everyday with different name. And wen we call back he dont speak anything and then we call from different no. He talks....i want this no. To be blocked on [protected] and [protected].. Otherwise we will have to take help of police...his number is [protected]
