BSNL — recharge not successful but money got deducted from bank

Dear sir,
i recharged my relative's mobile number [protected] for Rs.330 /- but it did not get recharge and balance got deducted from my bank account.My order number was 12175061 dated 22/12/2011.
so,i request you to kindly check the status and reply as soon as possible on my mobile number [protected].

BSNL — Subscribe a scheme by company automatically an Rs-40 is deducted from my account balance

i was recharged my mobile BSNL prepaid no-[protected] taday(24 dec 2011) and after 45 min a service named MIMOBTV is automatically suscribed by company automatically without my recommandation and make deduct my account bal with Rs-40 it is not first time i have faced this type of problems others of my bsnl numbers also.

BSNL — Accessing 3G Network

I have a Htc Desire HD phone and recently due to some application problems my network settings were lost. I am a BSNL postpaid (525) customer with a 3G enabled connection. My ph no is[protected]. I cannot get an internet connection on my phone, probably due to incorrect APN settings. I would be obliged if BSNL would help me out.
