[Resolved]  BSNL — trying MNP BSNL to another operator : not getting UPC after msg to 1900

I am sure now, only bsnl can provide such inferior services in the world. Government should completely shut down it.
I am trying since last four months but didn't receive UPC code to port out. Complained more than 10 times. Every time it says docket cleared, but problem continues.
May God ruin bsnl soon!

BSNL — UPC Code not receiving

I was unable to receive UPC code for my mobile no. - [protected]. I am trying since February till today. Customer Care also not responding. Please send me UPC code.

BSNL GSM POSTPAID — Message not going to 1900 for porting

I tried many times to send message to 1900 for porting my mobile number,but message is not going only to 1900.
Please take a look into matter as early as possible i want to change my mobile operator immediately.

To add to this problem,
After 1 hr of sending the message to 1900 I have recieved "Message not delivered to 1900" error.

bsnl sucks big time...I have tried a thousand times but still not able to send msg to 1900.

Went to BSNL office, guy told me 'server 10 tarikh se down hai, 2-3 din aur lagenge'
I wonder what takes them 10 days to repair a server

I am trying to send the message PORT [protected] to 1900, but it is not delivered to 1900. why?
Even I am trying it from last 2 months, but this message is unable to delivered to 1900 anytime.
Please resolve this issue because this SIM card is not working (detect) properly in any mobile phone.

I am trying to port my bsnl number to another operator but still I have not received any UPC from bsnl ... many time I am sending port request to them..

Bsnl is the worst connection I had ever seen. I have sent porting code request several times daily. It seems that they are deliberately not providing the UPC code. Telling or lies that network error.The best option for bsnl is to shutdown its services from telecom market. Such a very worst experience is only seen in bsnl. No one is interested in bsnl due to worst offers and poor plans and network.

0 rating for the services of bsnl. I requested for the UPC many times. Im not getting it past 2 days

Please prefix +91before your mobile no. and send.. The upc code is generated immediately

#MUST NEED A MINIMUM BALANCE ATLEAST TO COVER MESSAGE CHARGE
I had the same problem so I recharged my BSNL with Rupees 10, after this got message delivered and everything working fine.

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (12 Nov)
Even after 7-8 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I've been trying to send porting message for my BSNL number, but I was not able to do that for last 15 days. So I thought, it must not be me alone, having such issues and I was right. I think everyone is having trouble porting out of BSNL. Maybe we should all start a trend #BSNLSucks on twitter by tagging BSNL in the post. As of 4th December, 2020 the problem still continues.

Even after 78 messages, BSNL couldn't send message error 10.

I have been trying to generate a UPC code for a BSNL number [protected] for more than 2 months now. But BSNL's terrible service levels have not helped. Everytime I send a PORT request number I get a reply from 1901 saying "could not be processed, please retry after sometime". I have spent an insane amount of time on this - can BSNL get this rectified asap.

I am unable to get the upc code for my bsnl number . I have tried atleast 50 times .Please solve the issue
