[Resolved]  BSNL — trying MNP BSNL to another operator : not getting UPC after msg to 1900

I am trying to get port number but every tine facing issue o[censored]pc can not be generated. Please solve

I tried many times to send message to 1900 for porting my mobile number, but message is not going only to 1900.
Please take a look into matter as early as possible i want to change my mobile operator immediately.

Sir from[protected] m trying to get the upc code from bsnl but m not getting any code. I also sent many porting messages but till now I did not get any response. Sir please resolve the issue ASAP.

Bsnl doesn’t provide UPC number till now I have tried 10 to 20 times but same msg ..UPC can not generated due to Contractual obligations..
I’ve prepaid number and no due amount are they mad … customer care doing nothing

I was unable to receive UPC code for my mobile no. - [protected]. I am trying from last 6 month till today. I have sent SMS for port request1900 many time but not received UPC code.I have done complaint march 21 on 1503 but Customer Care also not responding.He is telling only Your complaint is open please wait 24 hours. Please send me UPC code. I am very unhappy with BSNL service.

I am unable to receive UPC code for my mobile no. - [protected]. I am trying many times till today. It reply with this massage:-

Request for UPC for your mobile no. 96xxxxxxx6 could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

I have registered my number for porting from airtel to bsnl .But i not received any reply till 15 days

What was the resolution here? When I contacted customer care they said I need to recharge with 147 pack for porting code.

This is a rather shameful move taken by BSNL..!! BSNL is blocking SMSes to 1900. Whenever I tries to send 'PORT xxxxxxxxxx' to 1900, an error message is received "Unable To Send SMS" or "Message Sending Failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of BSNL. You will be able to send SMS to all other nos but 1900...!!!

What can I do ? Help me !

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (10Jun)
Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

I need this urgently.
