i am mailing them for 2 days but they are not responding....
please tell me what should I do? should I complain in cyber cell or wai for 1 day?

they replaced my mobile in 1 week...there is only mail service there for customer support thats why there was delay...I thank buytheprice team for great service. I think I can order any gadget from this site without any fear...

DUDE DID YOU EVER HEAR FROM BUYTHEPRICE PEOPLE, DID THEY REPLACE THE DEVICE OR GIVE REFUND BECAUSE THEIR POLICY SUCKS AND IS REDICULOUS. THEY SAY IF YOU HAVE OPENED THE PACKET THEN THERE CAN BE NO REFUND.
