HELLO,THIS IS VIKASH AND IM FROM BANGALORE. I'D LIKE TO GET THIS THING TO YOUR NOTICE. FEW DAYS BACK I HAD GONE TO CAFE COFFEE DAY(BANASANKHRI 3RD STAGE,KATHRIGUPPE BANGALORE-560085) AT 11PM AND I HAD ASKED FOR A PARCEL OF SOME PASTRIES(TAKE AWAY) I HANDED THE CASHIER A 1000 RS NOTE AND HE TOLD ME "I DONT HAVE CHANGE" AND THEN HE STARRED AT ME FOR A WHILE AND HE HANDED ME THE CHANGE. (THERE WERE LOADS AND LOADS OF CHANGE IN THE DRAWER). I JUST TOLD HIM "YOU HAVE IT RIGHT" AND VERY RUDELY HE HANDED ME THE CHANGE SAYING ITS BECAUSE YOU WANT IT AS IF IM GONNA WALK OUT WITHOUT TAKING MY MONEY BACK. NOW ALL I WANT FROM THIS COSTUMER COMPLAINT FORUM DEPARTMENT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT . AND KICK ALL THOSE "MOTHER[censored]ING EDIOTIC PEOPLE " OUT OF THEIR JOBS. AND I HOPE THIS IS GONNA BE TAKEN CARE BY YOUR DEPARTMENT GET THIS THING ON TO THE NOTICE TO THEIR RESPECTIVE FRANCHISE OWNERS. I HAVE DONE MY JOB ITS YOUR TIME NOW . i've reported a complaint on july 19th and till date nothing has been done about it.
i dint even get a single reply saying k your complain has been taken care of
but you know what i knew it from the day i launched the complaint.
you know u people should open one forum for complaint against your consumer forum department.
and i'm dead sure no ones even bothered to read what complaints we people have registered.
so read this carefully
" I DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS, BUT LET ME TELL YOU ONE THING YOUR DEPARTMENT SUXXXXXXXX"!!!
