[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Failure to redeem E-Coupons | |||
Despite several reminders and also an email (with apologies) from [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com, I don't know what kind of false statements are being made. If the organization itself can't investigate the problem in 2 weeks within themselves, how can we? It's totally a shame & a big disappointment in the name of Cafe Coffee Day. I would suggest all the respected customers to restrain from going to CCD outlets. I too faced a similar issue where one of the outlets in Ulsoor had no clue on redeeming the e-coupon and I had to pay full amount for two beverages instead of one. You can contact Jogi in cafe coffee day at [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com, also marking [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com. He called me today to inform a fresh coupon will be issued by email and also he has taken up the matter with all the store outlets in Bangalore. You can also try calling their number[protected].
