[Resolved]  Cafe Coffee Day — Refund of the Deposit Fee

We have taken a Franchise of Cafe Coffee Day by paying Rs. 3,20,000/- by an agreement ending on June,2012 for British Council,Kolkata and since then the company is not responding properly. I have dropped repeated number of mails to which they haven't replied, beside this whenever I visit their Kolkata Office their respond by saying that the matter is under control of Bangalore office.

I didn't expected such a response from Cafe Coffee day team assuming that they are one of the biggest brands in coffee in India.

We expected a lot from this company, and now I am completely lost.
