Dear Sir,
My telephone No. 24427950 is out of order since long due to heavy noise. Interne connection is also intermitant. Several complain has been lodged by me. this problem is repeating alteast twice in a month. After lodging complain, some body try to speak on phone.But the problem is not solved. Next day I have to lodge complain in fresh. lineman never attend in my residence.Please solve my problem. Now, I have to take decision to quite from this service if it is not solved within a day or two.

My Telephone, No[protected] is surrendered on 10.10.2011.My instrument is submitted to S D E (BNR) on 25.10.2011. But My line still now not discunnected.Please disconnect my line refund my deposited money as early as possiable.I am also requesting you to do not count my bill after 10 october 2011.
