My Phnone is dead since[protected], My phone number is[protected]. Docket has been made on[protected]. My docket number is [protected] dt[protected]. I met with officer several times. But yet now my phone is not repaired . I therefore please take necessary action in this regard.

My telephone is repaired today i.e. 18th june 2014. Now I am claiming a concession to my rental charges from 24th May 2014 to 18th June 2014, because of my phone is dead for the period.

I have not requested for the hungama facilities and moreover not used in any occasion but i observe calcutta telephones are raising bills for the last few months stating one time charges for hungama plan to the tune of rs.410 every month.
