[Resolved] Calcutta Telephone — Land line & broadband out of order for 45 days

My land line No[protected] and broad band facility has been out of order for more that 45 days.
I have personally visited the JOKA exchange and narrated the problem to JTO in addition to my automatic
complain. I have made several call to SDE and AREA MANAGER and JTO in the following mobile no
[protected] , [protected] &[protected] . In spite of my several reminder neither my land line is live nor
my broad band facility restored.

land phone dead 033-25440087

Land phone no[protected] is dead from 29/05/2013.Docketed complain no WLL/CO/2013/466. Till date no action has been taken.

My land-line telephone [protected] is out of order since 4 th September 2018.This is a Diagnostic Centre And we are losing business due to faulty land-line
