Canon Lbp3500 Printer — Does not support Windows 64bit edition

From the time we have purchased this printer it is not supporting windows 64bit edition. we have made several complaints about this to the seller at Bangalore but he does not respond to this and worst is the service engineer in Bangalore keeps his mobile switched off. Yes, no 64 bit driver for such a higher model a3 printer shows the inability of the company in technology innovations. All workstations run wih 64 bit os and they only need a3 printer to print big size designs. Canon is not up to the mark in new technologies. Almost all the hp printers support 64 bit os.
Also after lot of complaints, canon is not taking any steps to provide 64 bit driver. Really canon is not capable of developing higher model printers. I think switching to HP is the option.
