I have pleased order for one CANON Powershot A580 model digital camera on ivaluemart on 21st July 2008. ivaluemart have registered the order on 21st July and drawn Rs. 11, 000 full value of the camera from my credit card. Till today (Sep 1 st 2008) ivaluemart have not sent me the camera or refund of Rs. 11, 000. I have sent more than e-mails to them and non of them was replied. I have ordered for three products at once in ivaluemart on 15th Apr 2009 through HSBC credit card. ivaluemart have registered the order on 15th Apr 2009 and drawn Rs. 3349 full value of the three products from my credit card. Till today (May 25th 2009) ivaluemart have not sent me the products. I have sent more than 5 times e-mails to them and none of them was replied. Whenever I had called their telephone the call center person promises to send the product by this week. One of the worst companies in India is ivaluemart.
