[Resolved]  Car — Injustice & Unruly behaviour by ICICI Bank Car Loan Department regarding towing & selling my CAR without intimating me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Ankur Gupte would like to bring it to your notice the injustice done with me by ICICI Bank regarding my car loan and unruly behavior done by them when I approach them to take re-possion of my car.I would further like to give you the details about the whole incident as follows

I purchase Scorpio car (variant-slx)MH-04-DB-2283 from globle Gallarie on 23 march 2007.Car was finance by ICICI Bank for which I made initial down payment of Rs. 137, 000/ and rest of the amount was finance by ICICI Bank in 59 monthly installments of Rs 19, 716/-
I paid total 18 installments out of 24 installments till March 2009.Six installments were pending as on March 2009.those installments were pending in totality but not at stretch.

On 3/3/2009 I received a pre-letigation letter from ICICI Bank in which they demanded Rs 118, 012/ and ask me to be present before lok Nyayalaya on 14/03/2009 for amicable settlement. During that period I was in very much touch with their representative whoever contacted me. But on 9/3/2009 at 5.00pm one of their representative from Shree Siddhivinayak ENT. Mr.Vaibhav Palande tow my car from my building compound in my absence.They took signature of my building watchman(Mr.Bhaguram Bamne) .Mr.Vaibhav Palande was accompany by police Mr.M.M.Bhere from wagle estate police station.
Car was picked up without Key .After towing a car they gave General Information of Asset Sheet to my watchman and mention that there was no cash and jewelry or any attachment in my car. And it is clearly mention that car was tow without key.
Though there were few valuable belonging were there in the car i.e.Car tape, cash of rupees 5, 000 and 2gold rings 10gm each. Which was not return to me by saying that there were no cash & Jewelry.
When I return home in the same evening I was shock to know the entire episode and same day at 6.00pm I approach wagle eastate police station and I ask them to registered the compliant for the incident happen with me about my car and other belongings but they refuse to take my compliant. and said that there was already a complaint registered by ICICI Bank against me because of that they can not take my compliant. and said better I approach the Bank and find out details with them.

Then I went to ICICI Bank on 12/3/2009 and met Pradeep Singh at their Andheri J.B.Nagar office .he ask me to pay the full amount along with the late fees & other charges i.e.Rs.7, 46, 848/.
I request him that I can clear my 6 pending installments and 6 month installments in advance but he was not agree to that and said there was no need to contact if you can not arrange the entire amount.
Since then I am trying to contact them but they were not entertaining me. Today on 25/5/2009.Pradeep Sigh Spoke to me and said that they have already sold my car to someone else. They have done this without even intimating me. They have not even shown the courtesy to tell me the truth about what they are going to do with my car whenever I contact them since 12/3/2009.
I am helpless now and lost total amount of Rs.492, 172/ with accessories towards my car which I paid in 18month and also my other belongings worth Rs.30, 000/ and Rs.5, 000/ cash which was in the car.
I urgently need your help for this matter. I hope you can understand the gravity of the situation for me this is the last hope. Hope for your quick response.
