I purchased one AC of 1.5 ton from M/ s Single Refrigeration , shop No. 27, Bais Godam , Industrial Area, Jaipur on dated 20. 05. 2012 and it was installed after 10 days by the firm. Now, I register my complaint with the firm July 27, 2012 , but it has not been attended till date by the company or the dealer. This shows very poor service of Carrier air conditioner company. The complaint is that the water drops fall through AC within five to ten minutes after put on the unit.
May I hope that the complaint will be attended today. If not, then how many days it will take to rectify the problem. Was this information helpful? |
